Counter service and food were solid. The employee riding their motorcycle onto the sidewalk right outside the front door (and parking it there) where people walk - not so much. Limited seating, joined in one large open space with the Pilot.
After a disappointing experience at the Arby's in North Bend last year due to poor cleanliness and service, I was hesitant to visit another Arby's. However, I decided to stop by the one in Ellensburg just off the freeway, and I’m glad I did. The place is extremely clean, the staff are very friendly, and the sandwich was as delicious as expected from Arby's. I highly recommend this location. This Arby's is connected to a truck stop called Pilot and a cinnabon. Service was fast, friendly and knowledgeable. Tables were clean. Food was great, fresh and warm. There was a TV playing sports which happened to be playing sumo wrestling. Lots of merchandise and emergency food in the truck stop area it self.
