A quick stop during a 5-hour road trip for some quick food. This visit was far from quick. I was third in line and it took about 20 mins to get 2-sandwhiches. The Beef & Cheddars were no longer warm by the time I ate them, I'm sure this was in part to waiting for the mozzarella sticks to get done. I can't belive a Beef-n-cheddar is now over $10.00!!! Food was still good and the gal at the window was very pleasant.
Counter service and food were solid. The employee riding their motorcycle onto the sidewalk right outside the front door (and parking it there) where people walk - not so much. Limited seating, joined in one large open space with the Pilot.
After a disappointing experience at the Arby's in North Bend last year due to poor cleanliness and service, I was hesitant to visit another Arby's. However, I decided to stop by the one in Ellensburg just off the freeway, and I’m glad I did. The place is extremely clean, the staff are very friendly, and the sandwich was as delicious as expected from Arby's. I highly recommend this location.
