Went here tonight for my 9 year olds birthday dinner. Our waitress, Rana, was amazing. My kid gets the gluten free pancakes and tends to miss out on the fun kids menu toppings. Rana made sure to do a really fun face with whip cream which made her night. My kid said “this is why I love iHop, their staff is the best.” Rana was great all around. I don’t like giving bad reviews at all but this was crazy!! Waited to order for 20 minutes the lady that sat us said someone will be right with you don’t know why she couldn’t take our order she wasn’t doing anything so finally after 20 min the cook comes out so confused took our order was kinda rude wouldn’t let us order what we wanted said we had to order a actual meal okay whatever then!! Food was okay. Our server was amazing! But the womens bathroom has raw sewage all over the floor and a sign that said watch your step! ? Husband said the men's was clean. If we'd went into the bathroom before we ate, we would have walked back out. The floor in the restaurant was absolutely filthy as well. Clean booth and table but that bathroom ?.
