I live in the apartments attached to the coffee shop and I absolutely love the atmosphere Laurie has created. The food tastes fresh, and drinks are great! The prices for alternative milk make it hard to want come there every time (more expensive then other coffee shops), but overall it is worth a visit for a special occasion!

Stopped in for a quick bite to eat while traveling and are so happy we did! The food was fantastic, coffee was delicious (we had cold brew), and the customer service was excellent. The owner of the café was lovely to chat with and we were able to bring our pups inside with us. We stopped in for lunch but their menu also offers mimosas, wine, and beer/cider. I would absolutely recommend Brewster’s and will be back for sure!
2 really nice lady's (didn't get their names) asked for a Starbucks styled caramel macchaito, and she delivered!!! Very delicious very friendly people. Not from around this town, but will stop by when I'm passing by:) better than starbucks! 11/10 recommend

This Coffee shop was the best! Hands down the best breakfast sandwich's and coffee beats McDonald's! love that you have alcohol to add to coffee if needed and the owner was very nice!

Looked up reviews of coffee houses here, chose this shop, excellent ! Owner & new young gal working were so friendly , amazing customer service.... beautiful mimosas?? : highly recommend the Sunrise, 3 of us ordered 3 different coffees & all were fantastic, we shared a lemon berry scone fresh from the oven : delicious! Closed on Sundays or we would go there again in the morning before leaving town !

The staff is always super friendly and I have not found anything on their menu that wasn't amazing. I definitely recommend Brewster's for a nice meal or a morning coffee.
Stopped by for a pastry and a coffee, ended up getting a BLT too. Had a chance to chat with Lori, the owner. Wonderful lady and a great cook. If you are passing through Ellensburg stop by for a bite. Her homemade scones gave me goosebumps. The coffee is great as well.
