Chef Davis is phenomenal! I can’t believe he chooses to share his inventive cuisine in the Yakima Canyon. They grow many vegetables onsite and forage for mushrooms. Our company has the Managers retreat here every year. They feed 40+ hungry managers 3 meals a day for 3 days. Every dish is prepared to perfection!! I already can’t wait for next year!
