I was looking for lunch for a work event and figured I'd try Dirk's pizza. I called ahead and let them know what day and time I'd like to pick up the pizzas and I picked a good variety of their specialty pizzas. They were all hot and ready when I arrived. Everyone loved the pizza. The toppings and cheese were very generous. I'll most likely be coming back for my next event or whenever I'm in town.
Best Pizza I ever had! SO SO SO delicious! The owner was super friendly and welcoming, I could see the genuine enjoyment he has for his business and love for the food. I am not over the impact the pizza had on me, heaven sent 100/100!
Loved the mom and pop feel. Im in ellensburg every weekend so I always try different restaurant while im here. This is hands down the best pizza spot in town and I will change my review if that changes but I doubt it will.
Be warned ⚠️ there is a loud bell that the door hits when you open it to let the staff know when someone walks in. Scared the life out of me the first time I walked in XD
