What a wonderful find, we stopped off briefly in town and had some pizza at Dirk's place. He was super lovely, made us a large cheese to share, and even gave us ice and water for put journey onwards! Wonderful guy, and would highly recommend! The pizza blew me away, I kind of regret not getting a whole one to myself....
Had to take a vehicle to Ellensburg with a neighbor, and we ordered a pie for the trip home. We had a short turn-around timeframe, so we called it in right before we dropped the car off, and by the time we showed up a few minutes later, it was hot and ready for the ride home. It went real well with the cold beers we had in our cooler. Thanks, Dirk...!
I was looking for lunch for a work event and figured I'd try Dirk's pizza. I called ahead and let them know what day and time I'd like to pick up the pizzas and I picked a good variety of their specialty pizzas. They were all hot and ready when I arrived. Everyone loved the pizza. The toppings and cheese were very generous. I'll most likely be coming back for my next event or whenever I'm in town.
