At Ellensburg Casta Co. you will be met by friendly staff that greet you. The staff will bring you freshly baked bread fresh garlic to spread on it which is delicious. The menu is nice sized but not overwhelming. They feature a gluten-free menu as well. The pasta sauce is a deep red and nice and thick and a little on the sweet side of sauces. The pasta is cooked perfectly. The parking is on the street as well.

Parked at 6:15, 3 people ordered dinner around 6:33, dinner arrived at 7:53. Meanwhile at 2 top ordered around the same time as us and got their appetizer before us, meal before us and had left before our food arrived. Also watched a table arrive after us get their food before us.
This is usually a highlight when visiting my kid at school, but now it’s time to eat elsewhere.

I come from a large city ..so this was tough. The space is a little cramped. Waited for a bit to have order taken. Bruschetta was AMAZING! I ordered spaghetti marinera with meatballs - watery and no taste to the sauce. Meatballs were not very appetizing either.
