Absolutely love Bruce’s! A great place to eat and drink. One of our favorite places, here in Ellensburg.

From reading past reviews, I would like to make sure this is constructive criticism. We ordered the fried burrata and it was flavorless, we had to add a good amount of salt and pepper. Drinks were good but last call was an hour before closing - a bit strange. As a frequent flyer at Bruce’s I was excited to try a new menu item, but this was not it. We enjoy the camaraderie with the staff but from past conversations with them seems that management has lacking. Wishing you nothing but the best, good luck on their endeavors!

Parked at 6:15, 3 people ordered dinner around 6:33, dinner arrived at 7:53. Meanwhile at 2 top ordered around the same time as us and got their appetizer before us, meal before us and had left before our food arrived. Also watched a table arrive after us get their food before us. This is usually a highlight when visiting my kid at school, but now it’s time to eat elsewhere.

We ate lunch on Monday. Great pasta as well as fantastic fish & chips. Wonderful service!

Great service and great food! Christina was our server she was very friendly and helpful. We had never been in so she helped us with some good food and drink recommendations. We will have to stop in again next time we are in the area! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We just moved to the area and decided to give this place a try. I have to say it was by far the BEST pasta place we have ever been to. the staff was excellent and did great with how busy they were. we will definitely be going back very soon!!!

I haven’t been to Pasta Co./ Bruce’s since the ownership changed. I have to admit the rumors I’ve been hearing about declining quality were true. Bruce’s place (the bar area) smelled like month+ old dirty rags, this is an easy fix, change the water regularly and add some bleach. We sat outside, and the tables weren’t wiped down. The service is still fine and the food hasn’t changed much (although I had a salad, so maybe the quality of other menu items has). I want Pasta Co to be successful, but with a stanky back room, and poor cleaning, I just don’t see how that’s going to be feasible. I’ll probably go back one more time for a burger, but if the cleaning is as bad as it was on this trip, next time might be my last.

Extremely Disappointed. I have bragged on this place to all my friends and taken them and my family there many times and been very pleased with the service and the food has been great. However tonight I took my family there after driving 40 miles to get there ordered our dinner and when it arrived I thought it must be a joke or something as they served me a child's Plate of spaghetti. ( IT WAS 5 BITES ). My wife and boys were laughing that the kids plates had more food on them than mine. When the waitress returned I told her how Disappointed I was and she said sorry but all their portions were pre determined and walked away. I waited 5 minutes thinking she would return with a fix for the problem but she did not so I went up and paid the bill and asked for a manager. when Katie the manager arrived I told her how Disappointed I was and told her I had just paid an $87.00 bill and I was leaving hungry and she offered me a cookie as if that would take care of everything. I think this could have been handled a little better. I am very sad to loose this place as a dinner option for my family as we really enjoyed eating there but it's hard to justify paying that much money for a meal and having to go find something to eat after you leave. signed Sad customer Dan O

We stopped here for dinner but restaurant was super busy. They set up space outside with heaters and blankets for us, which turned out to be a great experience. Food was one of the best Italian food we ate. We were contemplating Olive Garden vs this and this was hands down the best one. We are Indian vegetarian family and never saw so many vegetarian options in Seattle area in Italian restaurant. Service was awesome as well ?

Great food, good service, reasonably priced. The pesto was perfect. They gave us yummy bread with salted garlic before the meal. Nice touch. This will be our Ellensburg go-to going forward.
