Fantastic and flavorful vegan burrito! Enormously filling with black beans, Mexican rice, guacamole, Pico de Gallo, lettuce and a side of sauces. HUGE and delicious- A great value for the price!
I got the Carne Asada Fries. The carne Asada just seemed like ground beef, which if you are Mexican or Hispanic that doesn't count as carne Asada. I've had this at other places and this was probably my least favorite. However the staff was nice and service was very good. I would go back and try another one of their dishes to have a more accurate metric of them.
Fantastic! We found Fidelina's totally by chance, and I'm so glad we did! The tacos (al pastor and quesabirria) were truly outstanding, and the flan was to die for -- the best I've had in ages. Rich, authentic, fresh flavors all around. I know where we're stopping for a bite the next time we're in Ellensburg.
