Amazing food we had the Domoda and the Huli Huli chicken and teriyaki beef combo both were so delicious. The meat is extremely tender and flavorful you did not need the extra sauce given but it definitely added even more enjoyment to the bite. The server we had was amazing making sure we had water refilled and checking in often. My only complaint has nothing to do with the food but the indoor seating is not very comfortable especially for a larger person.

I tried this place with my bf when they first opened and it was nice because it was something new. This is our first time back since they opened and I’m so impressed with just how much better everything is. I love how cute and decorated the place is now and the food is SO GOOD. Not sure how much recipes have been changed but there’s definitely a difference in the taste of a lot of the food. The horchatas are also so good def recommend coming here!!

The food is the only redeeming feature of this restaurant. You’re greeted with smoke as soon as you walk in, unfriendly staff, and obvious code violations. Staff eating in the kitchen, cleaning chemicals on the counter next to cooked food, and dirty tables. I would recommend avoiding this place.
I absolutely love this place! I am college student and it is so hard to eat healthy and get protein for a good price. This place nailed everything on the head it’s affordable, delicious, and protein packed! I have gotten the Huli Huli chicken, the jerk chicken and the masubi it was absolutely perfect! Pure perfection! Also the place is just so cute and the atmosphere is so welcoming! Plus the staff is so kind and friendly!

Island Fusion is easily one of the best places to eat in Ellensburg! From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is welcoming and laid-back, and the staff are always friendly and attentive. The food is absolutely incredible — full of bold island flavors that you don’t find anywhere else in town Everything we tried was amazing, especially the jerk chicken and the mac salad. The portions are generous, the ingredients taste fresh, and every dish feels like it’s made with real care. You can tell they put a lot of passion into their food. It’s the perfect spot whether you’re grabbing a quick bite or sitting down with friends. Ellensburg has plenty of restaurants, but Island Fusion really stands out for its unique menu and consistently delicious meals. If you’re in town or passing through, this place is a must-try!
