Everything about this place is spectacular. I’ve been to hawaii multiple times, and we always seek out short ribs plate. This place held its own! Great marinade flavor and fat/meat ratio on the short ribs. Mac salad was perfectly seasoned. Even the rice was the correct grain length, and cooked well.

Cute atmosphere, and a very nice gal was working. Our pickup order was ready on time.

I will go out of my way to come back here! Mahalo.

Came across this hidden gem on my way to bass canyon. This is a small mom & pops established, everything taste so fresh. Owners were very nice and welcoming, I’ll definitely be back.

An unexpected surprise of fresh authentic food on a road trip. We've been traveling back to Seattle from Iowa. We had our share of diners and fast food.

Finding Island Fusion was a breath of fresh air. The food was made to order. There was a nice char on the chicken. I got the beef and chicken combination to get more of a variety. Next time I would get all chicken. The beef was nice and lean but I kept gravitation towards the chicken.
