This is truly one of the worst Jack in your Boxes of all time. The employees are friendly and nice but everything else is bad. I ate here last Saturday and to start off they do not accept cash for payment, second most of the drinks in the drink dispenser were unavailable such as diet Coke, third, all the tables were real dirty, fourth there was some strange material dripping or falling from the ceiling. The good news is that i did not get sick from eating there.

We could not pay with cash. Eat in tables were ALL dirty and no one cleaned when requested. Diet coke was not working in the lobby. The staff were very accommodating for the inconvenience.

Great customer service. We had a 30 ft trailer we were hauling on the back of our truck and couldn't go thru the drive thru and one of the motors came out asked us our name on our order and brought it out to us. He didn't have to do that for us and we grealy appreciated him doing that for us ...

I went through the drive thru about 2 days ago and I asked about the mozzarella sticks and they informed me that that location doesn't have those anymore. Fine. I was just asking. Lol. So, I said I will take a chocolate shake and before I finished the sentence they informed that the ice cream machine was not working. So two of my choices got shot down and I was in the middle of the drive through so I was like ok I guess I just have to wait here until all the cars clear so that I can leave without anything that I wanted. You know it would have been nice if someone was like how bout we just give her an order of mini churrros on the house or a chocolate overload cake or whatever. I was bummed more that I had to wait in the drive through without anything that I wanted. Thumbs down Jack!

I doordash at nightmist nights. Jack in the box is a frequent place i pick up from. Everyone who's worked nights the last 10 months have been super friendly. I really love coming here when Glen and Arin are working here they are always friendly and the food is amazing. Thanks guys for your hard work.

I swung by the drive-thru right after some St. Patty's festivities, and honestly, I've been to this spot so many times before and left feeling let down. But this time was different! Mikayla was there, and her positivity and energy really made the experience stand out. It felt like a breath of fresh air that this location truly needed! Thanks to her, I finally left feeling satisfied.
Advertises 24hr drive through but won't take orders from the window. Ridiculous. You have to donate mobile order or door dash but they pay someone at the window to tell you your business isn't welcome.

I’ve gone through the drive through 5 times now in the last month in hopes of getting some desert. Every time I have gotten shut down because they are “short staffed” or “only mobile orders” can be filled. I honestly believe this location refuses to work past 8pm.

This is disappointing, I love jack in the box but the amount of times I’ve had a problem is insane. The managers there don’t seem to care about management either. Two kids working and taking 30 minutes to give me my order. This is unacceptable. I appreciate the minors working there, ik they are trying their best. Around 1:40 p.m 3/9/25 I got 4 burgers and when I got home. I ate one and it had PLASTIC between the meat. I tried to call jack in the box but their number doesn’t work. I guess they know this happens a lot. I’ve lived here my whole life and never had problems until about 2 years ago. Jack in the box should just be put out of business if they don’t care for their clients. Other things that have happens is like hair in my food or the meat not being cooked right, I also have been finding pieces of bone 🤢 if a kid was eating this, they could’ve chocked. I will also be posting the picture
