This Jack in the box has gotten my orders wrong at least 3 times. I don't know what it is but whether it's drive through or online, they seem to struggle to make the food and drinks as ordered. I often get a diet coke instead of a coke, doesn't matter how much I specify it and when I order through the app, I would be missing half of my order. The service is very disappointing here. The people that work here are nice and the establishment is clean. They just need more training I guess.

Great place to pick up some favorites, such as the Supreme Croissant. The crew there is fantastic and they even gave my wife's service dog a treat!
The people were nice but dude. it should be a crime to sell food like that. The fries were hard and old,very old. Even the meat was shriveled and hard and biting into hard,old meat is disgusting. When you go to get fast food you want hot somewhat fresh food. I'm not asking for perfection,but to sell food when it's clearly no longer edible,it's not cool.. thats hard earned money wasted. $46 bucks down the drain for food we didn't even eat. All but the cheesecake was hard as stone and ice cold. Truly.. the employee at the window was great though - but the food was the worst fast food I've ever had and that's saying something.. anyways do better please. These are tough times and people need to eat.. but don't sell expired food under heat lamps for 2 hours...

I’m sorry I’m not a fan. I love burgers and fries but I feel like the photos on the menu do not match the food. You think a double cheeseburger we be a lot so you order it and then get it and looks like McDonald’s. I’m just not a fan. Maybe you are I am not saying don’t go but it’s not really good

Other than the fact that they've messed up my order again for the third time. I ordered 2 loaded tiny tacos and they couldn't even get that right it's happened three times now. Yet they always charge me for loaded tiny tacos but they don't put anything on them when I get home I realize that.
I ordered thru DoorDash but my food was super hot and very yummy! The witch shake and boba shake were very yummy!
