I won't go to most fast food places, because the food really is not good quality and has changed over the years. I stopped in here, first time in 15 years. Food is great just how I remember it. The people repeated my order prior to handing it to me. I haven't had service like this in a long time
Living on the east Coast we don't have the privilege of eating at Jack in the box. But we take the opportunity when we can. Ultimate breakfast sandwich was perfect and Jackie C. in Ellensburg WA was very friendly and professional.

I have been going to this establishment since I was a child. I am now 25. Overall, from my whole life, this place has been a 1-3 star place. Usually the customer service sucks, the food sucks, etc. overall, I have had a horrible experience coming here (again, I’ve been coming here since I was like 5).
