Ordered at the kiosk which said there was a 14 minute wait. Ended up waiting over 40 minutes for our food to start getting made. Very busy. It seems that the pickup orders are taking precedent over food ordered on site. When I asked about our place in the queue, I was told there was no more chow mein right then. There was a whole stack of orders waiting for the cow mein.
Ellensburg Panda Express only works through GrubHub: you have to use the GrubHub Kiosk (take-out and dine-in) which for the family meal is a mark-up of 8$ compared to for example Edmonds' Panda Express (Seattle). Also stingy on fortune cookies. For the family meal I got exactly one.
No side dishes were available. No egg rolls! No rangoons!
It shares the same building as a convenience store, so you can get drinks there.
Indoors the music is quite loud.
