Horrible! This pizza hut establishment has very gross coca-colas, no syrup was added, it tasted like spiced water! And even worse, the bathroom was in terrible condition for a new restaurant, I don't even know how people do their business. And the pizza was very soggy, they spread toppings like they didn't care, sauce was bad too.

The pizza has little to no sauce, the bread sticks look a day old and are drier than a desert, they forgot our marinara sauce, and the chicken wings had barely ANY sauce. We were the only order that day and it still was done

Great new location, but service was a bit slow in getting to the registrar, but was knowledgeable about the products they offered.

Worked with the crew before they moved into the new store. Very nice folks. Tips for costumers- always ask for coupons when ordering and they will add a discount (for most products).

Makes their employees work in 100 degree temps with no a/c. Serves food out of 70 degree walk-in cooler

I waited approximately 10 minutes past when it said my pizza was done on the app in my car for curbside assistance. Also notice that employees are parking where the curbside pick up is located. I went into the store. It was obvious that they were short handed. No one greeted me. The solution could have been solved in a matter of minutes but I was ignored. I saw an order that was a large pizza, breadsticks, and a personal pan pizza on the table. Gentleman picked up receipt. Separated the pizza and went outside. Came back in, again ignored me. No eye contact, no “I’ll be right with you”. I stood there for another 20+ minutes. I finally said something. Gentleman made excuses “doing the best we can. Not intentional to make you feel ignored.” My daughter came in and said we got the pizza he had just been out there. I told her we were missing a personal pan and breadsticks. The guy ignored me again. I waited another 10 or so minutes. He handed me some breadsticks. I told him I’m missing a personal pan pizza. No acknowledgment. I asked for a refund at this point I had been waiting for over 30 minutes. He said he would only refund the personal pan. I went out to my car thinking I might need my card for the refund. When I came back in he said “can I help you?” He knew exactly what I was waiting for and it was my perception he was just trying to irritate me even more. I told him I just wanted my pizza. He grabbed a random pizza from the warmer and gave it to me. How did he know that’s what I ordered? I went to leave and said “Jesus Christ” he yelled at me going out the door “yes he loves you! Have a nice night!” I told him I would be calling the store the next day and he said “I look forward to it”. I was at the store for 45 minutes. He was incredibly unprofessional, rude, and condescending and my whole frustration would have been solved had he acknowledged me and said he’d be with me soon.

The pizza crust on our dinner box with wings was just right. Not too crunchy hard or doughy soft. The pizza's were delicious, the wings were jusy right although next time we'll have to order additional wings, 8 was not enough for our family. Overall the meal was very pleasing to the family.

20 min late, cold and super hard dough. Everyone hated the pizza and we ended up throwing away an 80 dollar order. The wings were good though.

Most anemic vegetarian gluten free pizza. And no tomatoes. I am tired of ordering gluten free pizzas and they are anemic. I won’t be ordering from Pizza Hut again.

Honestly, Pizza Hut in Ellensburg is underrated. Their food tastes very good, and is much more valuable and tastier than Dominos Pizza. Even their website when ordering online looks good. Their only issue though is that they lack special discounts and coupons compared to Dominos. Also they don't have delivery drivers, or at least not avaliable all day. They are listed on Doordash tho for good delivery service, but you trade that for their website coupons, offers, and accumulated points system.Overall if you're in Ellensburg and you haven't checked it out yet, DO IT TODAY!

Work environment: While I worked here, 8 people went to the regional manager about being harassed/assaulted by the GM (Initials are CJ incase management has changed). On multiple occasions meetings were held, petitions and complaints submitted, and people quitting over being too scared to work with the GM. They were assured that they wouldn't have to close the store alone with him again (not much of a fix) and they were then scheduled and forced to go in for a shift closing alone with him. GM made inappropriate comments, remarks, bullied employees, used their scheduled for their second job to show up to their other jobs and watch them work, will ask around about new employees and try to figure out details about them including their sexuality. The regional manager is and has been for FULLY aware of this for years now. The GM was removed from another Pizza Hut (also in a college town) and he was offered another chance to manage if you transferred to a new store and he coincidentally chose another college town. He prefers to hire young girls 16-20yrs old that he finds attractive. If you have a DR's note stating you can't work- even if it's due to something contagious/infectious, you will be asked to come to work anyways. If you don't show for your shift even with a DR's note and notify the GM you will likely stop being scheduled or get your shifts cut/changed to the least desired shift times. Sanitary concerns:I have included a photo below of the pans we were using daily, one of which shows black mold that remained after hours spent trying to use degreaser and a scraper to remove it. Upon showing these to GM he told me to not try to remove the mold but to just run it through the dishwasher (I declined due to the fact that that would coat future dishes in black mold particles and the fact that washing it did nothing). If you have a fever or vomit during your shift-in the store or out delivering, you will be forced to finish your shift anyways and be in contact with food. The bathrooms are unsanitary beyond what's visible to the eye due to them only being swept and occasionally stocked. Unfortunately from personal experience... I can confidently say that C-diff and norovirus are living on the surfaces in the bathroom.
