I found this really cool 50 / 60 dinner by accident in Ellensburg ,Wa and it’s definitely worth the stop and have an interesting discussion on what meal to have . The menu is full of automotive and motorcycles terminology to describe the food. Lots to look at inside and outside of this restaurant and staff are very friendly and they make you feel like one of the regulars.
I know nothing of the food because I'm vegan keto however I hang out here with my biker friends and they look really happy & satisfied when they eat it. The service is fabulous and the atmosphere is wonderful!

I was so taken with the decor and theme that was cohesive in both the interior and exterior. Don't skip this on your way through Ellensburg. I had the Firebird chicken sandwich. The chicken was tasty and moist, good amount of spice and not too bready. Definitely go for the sweet potato fries with fry sauce.
