This subway has a drive through and has a 2nd floor! It being a double decker brought my family a strange immense amount of joy. The food tasted as expected, 4 star and not 5 since the muffled and loud speaker on the 2nd floor ruined the vibe. That crap needs to be replaced or just take it town, but otherwise good experience
We ordered a foot-long sandwich made into a salad. Was very disappointed that we were not able to get an extra bowl. Not the gal's fault....it must be a company policy. Seems really petty because we didn't have the bread & were charged an additional $2. Times may be tough but this is not good customer service. Why should we ever come back?
My broiler n I ordered together but some how his sandwich got lost in the people working there and he ended up 6 people behind me, even though we ordered together. We paid and got to the car and he saw mustard (hell no) it was completely the wrong sandwich. They were great about making it over but they messed up the 2nd one also. He said NOT toasted and they toasted it anyway. My sandwich I ordered the Spicy Italian and got an Italian BMT. Not the same thing. The bread was so...
