First time trying the Huntsman, had a great time. Food (prime rib, devil eggs, salad) excellent and I believe a good value for the quality! Friendly staff. Only taking a star off for Whiskey prices. It's not covid peak Bourbon hype era anymore. 90% of the whiskey menu is easy to source these days. Even the few mid tier allocated items on the whiskey list are easy to find lately. Stumbled upon this place while passing through Ellensburg. Exceptional service, food, flavor, and portions. The ambiance is stunning and the attention to detail with leather check holders is a great touch! Thank you again to our server Tyler for his kind service! We went for dinner on a Saturday evening. I had a ribeye that was delicious. Unique blend of spices with a smokey finish, really different. Interior seemed to be newer, but kept with the era of the building. Staff was very friendly and attentive.
