Vinman's Bakery is one of my favorite places in Ellensburg! Their vegan Tiger Bars are absolutely delicious, and I always look forward to getting one. The atmosphere is warm, cozy, and welcoming, and everyone working there is so kind and friendly. If you're looking for fresh-baked bread and tasty treats, this is definitely a place to visit. Stop in and treat yourself—you'll be glad you did!

Scrumptious baked goods. The ladies who work there are super sweet. But the young man who also works at Vinman’s… oof, I’m obsessed. Dreamy blue eyes, warm smile. He’s so nice too. My wallet is suffering. (Worth it). So I can’t decide if I’m hooked by the croissants or those baby blues. Great bread.

The pistachio filled cream croissants are amaziiiiing. Easily one of my new cravings. I can't believe I've been missing out all this time. I got the pesto flatbread (mushrooms, bacon crumbs toppings etc), and a chocolate bran muffin, which was also very good. The staff was really nice. 10/10 Will be back to try more 🤗
