Kori Winegar and Fam understand flavor science and understand culinary presentation. If you happen to visit during June, Try the strawberry lemonade shake. It was the best I've ever had.

I want to give this place 5 stars but every time I’m here, even if there are only 2 people in line, I’m waiting 10+ minutes for coffee. It’s ridiculous. You need faster employees. I’ve worked coffee too and it’s not that hard to work fast. Bummer. Will be going to Dutch bros instead.

The best ice cream ever! Friendly service as well and he let us sample as much as we wanted. Can't wait to go back!! I WISH we had a location in Seattle. You will NOT be disappointed if you stop here for some ice cream. 😉

This ice cream does not hit the spot. For my liking it is too creamy and the flavors are a bit too odd ball. Good atmosphere though.

It was my first time! I'm sure it's great and popular. I had ordered a fun flavor of ice cream, Root Beer Float, yum! But you know what? It wasn't. Nary a root. Very little flavor of rootbeer or float.

Thank goodness I'm not allergic to peanuts because it was some sort of ice cream with peanut butter in it. Potentially a very bad mislabeled item. I informed the server and they didn't seem too concerned, but gracious for the information.

If you have nut allergies maybe skip this place, otherwise, go for it. I'll pass.

I was in town and took my grandson here who is four years old as he wanted ice cream from here. So we got a cookie dough ice cream for a child and I wanted a hot fudge sundae. When I ask, what was the name of it upon the menu, she had no idea and went to the register and pulled up. Something called the Cow Poke. I noticed it was actually up on the screen over the ice cream area and it said choice of ice cream and choice of topping for $7.69.

I noticed on the cash register screen it said cowpoke and $8.09+ tax and when I asked about the price difference, she said sorry but that’s the price, I can’t do anything about it because that’s what the cash register says. Do you want it or not?

That reminded me the last time I was here in town and took my grandson for ice cream. The price on the ice cream board and the cash register also was different. I’m kind of starting to think. Maybe this is what Winegar does and it’s built-in extra money for them. If the price truly is what the cash register rings up then you need to change the signs because otherwise it’s kind of a “bait and switch “feeling.

When I drive through Ellensburg I often visit Winegar's @ Jerrol's

First of not the fastest experience for a drive through but that is not a negative at all. Just setting your expectations.

My most recent visit the drive through had a couple of cars and someone came out to take my order to help keep the line moving. Love that!

The milkshakes are always great! This is why I stop. The pastries are good but I typically arrive too late in the day and they are sold out. I had pretzel dog at my last visit. It was really tasty the hot dog had great flavor. I will be adding these to my regular rotation. Hot Dogs and Milkshakes 100% healthy ?

Helping support small businesses vs. giant corporations is something we can all do. Slow down, perhaps pay a bit more. Remember your purchases will help the community vs. Wall Street.

Always a go-to for caffeine or ice cream. It does get busy but that just reinforces how good it is. Keep up the good work Winegars!

Kid-friendliness: It has ice cream cones and indoor and outdoor seating. Enough said.

Wheelchair accessibility: Large doors, building is single level, and adjacent crosswalk is ramped and signalized.
