My fries were room temp. They made me wait for my sandwich which I am assuming they had my fries waiting for my sandwich to be made, which didnt take a long time but 10 minutes of sitting out and they are not going to be warm. They also did not fill up the fry container, just paid $16 for a medium size mediocre meal that wasn't even hot. I tried this place because the BK was also not great in my past experience. Now I know to just stop at the grocery outlet and grab something.
Everything was just peachy until I got down the road and realized that my order was incomplete. What a bummer since I was fsr enough along that turning around would have been counterintuitive. Always a bummer when the receipt is right but the order isn't.
Waited 5 minutes to have order taken, even though I was the only customer. The order person was stocking frozen food and had to finish. I understand, but 3 other employees in my direct vision were chatting away and could have helped.
