I had a great crispy chicken sandwich!
My experience was wonderful, I am hard of hearing and my aids went dead as I pulled up, my server was very accommodating, made sure I understood what they were saying, and very polite to me

This was our first time stopping by the Arby’s in Elma, conveniently located next to the Burger King, Grocery Outlet, and O’Reilly Auto Parts. We stopped in for a quick bite and tried the French dip sandwich along with a classic burger. The food was fantastic—everything was fresh and exactly as we ordered.
We also appreciated the cleanliness of the space; the restrooms were available and well-maintained. The highlight, though, was the customer service....

Nothing to complain about here. They dining room was clean and so were the restrooms. The guy taking our order was nice. The food lives up to Arby's reputation - very good. If I was getting nit picky, I could say that the temp was kept extremely cold inside...almost too much. I actually jogged out to the car and put a jacket on.
Good place...
