today after a rough medical appointment i went through the drive thru and Dakota:) was working the window. they were so so kind and bubbly and positive and it really made my entire day!! i just so so appreciated the positive and uplifting energy!!
I know it's fast food but I still expect a certain level of service. I keep noticing that with every minimum wage increase, the customer service decreases. Not just at this place but literally at all the other fast food establiahments.

Very slow drive thru and dry burger patties. I hate to be harsh but this is probably the worst burger king I've been to. Came through here on the way to the airport one day and waited for over 40 minutes in the drive thru for a simple order and ended up late to pick someone up.
