Ok. So we like to stop here after a trip. We order one drink (Mrs.) we know we will like and throw one to the baristas to surprise us! (Mr.). Was just driving through from the beach last Wednesday, stopped for a late coffee and the young lady working was the sweetest. Made a great frappe for me. Would go again if I'm in the area.
The customer service has declined so much, I’m done coming here. The young blonde working today was so incredibly rude, she repeated the wrong order back to me so I nicely corrected her. She snapped back “well that’s what I said!” And glared at me. When they went to take my card I said I have a punch card and they ignored me. They weren’t even busy enough for me to justify the attitude
