We were worried about having limited dining options up on the mountain but my wife and I were pleasantly surprised when we went to the cozy Alpine Inn Restaurant. I had the Hungarian Goulash and my wife had a hamburger. I really enjoyed the Goulash. We didn't break the bank on dinner and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly.
The only place to eat if you arrive late. It was fine. Service was not the best but they eventually took care of us. We had the nachos since my girlfriend has celiac and is gluten free. The half size portion was huge and the nachos were pretty good. Nothing to come out of your way for but good enough.
Great service and server. Very attentive. It was pretty empty, but I'm assuming the attention we received would still be there if it were crowded.
The pretzel is huge and was perfect for 3 of us. Loved the beer cheese.
My wife and I split the steak, mashed potatoes, and broccolini. It was just enough food for us.
