Nice, cozy brewpub. Good variety of beers
Great family friendly brewery in downtown Enumclaw. Staff is super friendly. Hangry Bird Kitchen is the best food in town.
Best little bar in town! LOVE the house-made seltzer. Will be back again, and again..
Griffin Brewing is the place to go for a fun, casual night out or for a nice lunchtime drink. We stopped in one day while looking at a nearby wedding venue (shoutout to Mount Peak Farm!) and we fell in love with their seltzers. They do a neutral base and add syrups which makes these light and refreshing while still being flavorful. I’m picky with my seltzers and am not the biggest fan of commercial brands because to me they are too sweet, so Griffin’s were perfect. I also really enjoy several of their beers, including a special mention for their Mexican lager.
In fact, we loved the place so much we ordered kegs of beer and seltzers for our wedding at Mount Peak!
Also I’d like to say the people who work at Griffin are absolutely top notch. They were so easy and fun to work with leading up to the wedding. The day after, when we were flying to our honeymoon, we got a text from the venue that the kegs were left behind. We were absolutely freaking out, when Brian offered to pick it up for us. It was such a relief after a stressful moment, and totally not his job to do, but he went above and beyond to help us. This warmth and friendliness also comes through when we’re sitting at the bar top chatting with the bartenders.
For non-drink and wedding experience feedback, they have cool apparel with their name and logo, and my husband and I each have a sweatshirt we love to wear. We’ve never tried the food, which made me hesitate to give a full five stars because I can’t speak to the food, but we’ve had nothing but positive experiences so I wasn’t going to deduct a star for that. We’re out of towners, but we’ll come back soon to sample the menu!
Give Griffin Brewing a try!
Stuff is pretty good !!!!
Loved the ambiance and the beer! Food was god as well. Super friendly staff and they let our pups come hang out with us. Can’t wait to go back!
Love Griffin.. Great atmosphere. Good beer!
What a great taproom they’ve created here at Griffin Brewing. The beers are each unique and delicious and each beer has clearly had a lot of thought and effort put into it with well-developed flavors all around. I stopped by and had a flight including a Stout, DIPA, Amber and the Mexican Lager and enjoyed each one with the stout being my favorite. Nothing better than a delicious stout on a cold morning in the PNW! Multiple vats sit right behind the bar in all their stainless steel glamour making you feel like you’re pet of the brewing process. There’s definitely something for everyone here. Not to mention they’re about to get some great ciders on tap 😉. They have plenty of seating inside (and outside for those of us craving the fresh PNW air!) The ambiance is both eclectic with an industrial twist and has an added level of comfort with a few couches and high-backed chairs. I’ll be returning next month for their cask release. Thanks to all who have put their time and energy into this spot.
On a road trip from Oregon, we stopped in Enumclaw looking for a micro brewery. This was a great place to stop. I had one Mexican Lager & one Stars & Stripes lager, while my husband had some darker beers. We met the owner(s) & they were very personable, and helpful when it came to finding a nice city to stop in on our way to Olympic National Park. Our plan was to stay in Seattle & thankfully they said NOT to go thereto & we ended up in Ruston. If we lived closer, I’m sure we would be regulars!
Best Brewery in WA!

Griffin gets a lot of things right. Great design, friendly staff. However... the brew master needs to switch things up a bit. The offerings taste like home brew. If you were to go back to the drawing board and reinvent the beer I think all the pieces of the puzzle would fall into place.
We like it. Great “community” feel.
The staff here make the place ?. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. The chef was passionate about the food they served and the food was delicious, fresh and healthy. Beer and seltzer was great!
Great little lunch spot in DT Enumclaw. Food is provided by The Hangry Bird who shares the space with the brewery. Delicious handmade mexican street food dishes pair well with the beers brewed on premises.
I have been to a lot of breweries. I've never been compelled to review any. I'm 10 miles from Griffin Brewing after having not finished a flight and my mouth still tastes like dish water.
