The Mint is always a fun place to eat at! I’ve been 3 times now and have had great experiences each time. The atmosphere fits with the rustic and rural vibe of Enumclaw which is fun, they have a few pairs of skis on the back wall which is a cool vibe in my opinion. My wife and I love it here. We've added salmon 3 times to different dishes and have been very happy with the prep every time. Favorite dishes are the polenta cakes, gnocchi(sometimes salty) and wings. Lovey is one of our favorite servers but they're all great!

It was our first time in. A friend told my husband about. The service and food were grest. We will go back there. My husband would have tried the Reuben egg rolls. They didn't have any. We arrived shortly after they opened.
