Griffin Brewing is the place to go for a fun, casual night out or for a nice lunchtime drink. We stopped in one day while looking at a nearby wedding venue (shoutout to Mount Peak Farm!) and we fell in love with their seltzers. What a great taproom they’ve created here at Griffin Brewing. The beers are each unique and delicious and each beer has clearly had a lot of thought and effort put into it with well-developed flavors all around. On a road trip from Oregon, we stopped in Enumclaw looking for a micro brewery. This was a great place to stop. I had one Mexican Lager & one Stars & Stripes lager, while my husband had some darker beers. We met the owner(s) & they were very personable, and helpful when it came to finding a nice city to stop in on our way to Olympic National Park.
