It was alright. Got the tofu pho but it barely had any tofu and way too many noodles. The banh mi was okay too but didn’t really have that saucy, flavorful kick like authentic ones do. Not bad overall though.
First real town outside of Mt Rainier National Park and how lucky to be able to have a savory, flavorful bowl of pho after a rainy day at the mountain. Ordered the P2, the pho combo and a pleasant surprise to receive an oxtail! Yes, I used my hands and savored every morsel. Looks like a family owned establishment and very authentic with great portions. Staff were very kind and checked in often. Great decor and plenty of seating for small and large parties. The food is absolutely delicious and service was very attentive and quick. Excellent value for the money. I got a large combo pho, which was enormous. The food felt very nutritious and healthy.
