Listen. 10/10. We have been vegan for ten years and this place is amazing. I do not hang with vegan cheese. Coconut oil? Get behind me, Satan. They also do not have vegan cheese which improved the entire vegan dishes. Salsa? Incredible. Tortillas? Phenomenal. So: This place has the BEST food. Two kids and two adults feasted and everyone loved their food. Portions are HUGE but you can handle it. We came here right after a triathlon and if we are within 40 minutes of this place...

The food was good, especially the birria. A bit pricey but I guess that’s fair given the lack of options close to touristy destination. My biggest gripe is with the lack of price transparency on the menu. Everything is listed but without price unless you ask.

Seems ripe for price discrimination or even day to day fluctuations in pricing based on the day (I.e. more expensive on weekends vs weekdays) which I get free market but don’t know how...

I ordered the quesabirria tacos (3) with beans and rice (and a coke of course). Everything was really flavorful, portions were large and the gal taking orders was really helpful and friendly. This is easily the best Mexican food in Enumclaw. Absolutely will be back.
