The big daddys establishment calm and welcoming atmosphere is a gem, and the service is sublime. It's definitely a NO BS bar and relishes the people and communities of ephrata.

“Our first visit to Del Red in a long long time. It was last Sunday late evening. We had a hard afternoon pulling sagebrush and didn't want to spend rest of nite cooking. Got into town. Del Red Pub was only business open. Drove home/washed up/ grabed the Community Shopper two for one coupon for Del Red and they were still open; great waitress, Krystal; bar drinks perfect; DelRed Burgers were so filling and the onion rings and french fries perfect. The Chef Jodie is excellent. Loved the coupon to make us fixed income and heavily taxed folks able to occasionally have a nite out. Thank you Del Red Pub for seeing potential to our little town.
