Always ask for BRIANNA to help you. She is the most chipper, friendly crew member ive ever seen at ANY Mc Donalds. EVER. She must really like customer service. Cuz that girl took it to the extreme!!! Way to go and thanks for the free fries!!!
Very cozy and clean McDonald’s with a nice atmosphere. The staff were friendly and pleasant. The service was not very fast though — this is not the first time we’ve had to wait quite a while for our order.
The restrooms were clean, there was a soda fountain machine available, and the music inside was nice and relaxing. There were not many people dining inside today, but the drive-thru line was extremely long. We had to wait in the car for a very long time.

McDonald’s in Ephrata is the only drive thru I have ever had to back out of in my entire life!They have forgotten key parts of my meal several times and my last complaint is that one time I was in the drive thru nobody was in front of me or behind me when I first pulled up I ordered one super value meal and I had to pull around and wait almost twenty minutes while watching several cars get their food behind me !!
