We reserved a table online for their Cowboy Brunch for 4. The music was so loud that we could not even have a conversation. Two of us received our food cold. The waitress brought out two new plates, again cold! Needless to say we didn't eat them. The deposit was suppose to come.off the bill ($100.00), but we all paid individually, with the waitress saying she would refund the original deposit. A week later still not refunded and no one will return the call. Absolutely terrible experience!

This is a nice high end restaurant in Everett. Clams were supurb!. Vibe is awesome. A bit spendy, but worth it for a special occasion!

We came for Tuesday Night Supper Club. We loved the atmosphere and staff were nice. We had an issue with our meal and I spoke to the manager the next day. Cameron is an excellent manager and got our issue sorted quickly and professionally. We will be coming back to give it another try and I hope to turn this into a 5 star review.

Such a great meal! Cocktails were yum! The caesar, wager, seafood fettuccine and sticky toffee were all epic!

Romantic and perfectly balanced ambiance. Best bartenders I have had in the area. The food has gone downhill since the last chef changeover (namely the clams) so I won't be dining there anytime soon. But I will certainly have cocktails and chats with friendly neighbors! :)

My husband I were excited to have a fine steak house in Everett, being a top shelf restaurant we expected every aspect of our dinning experience to be great, we chose this restaurant to celebrate a special anniversary, unfortunately this was not the case, it started off with a dirty parking lot behind the building with many unhoused people around. Once inside the ambiance was pleasantly modern albeit cold. From there thing got worse. We ordered the Crab Stuffed Mushrooms, the mushroom caps were undercooked the stuffing cold and the sauce lacked acid. My husband ordered Steak Oscar and I ordered the Salmon both of which were under cooked and both entrees entirely cold, over 1/3 of the steak was fat. My mashed potatoes were grainy and inedible, the Salmon was raw inside the vegetables were practically raw. Trying to save the night we ordered desert of Sticky Toffee Cake. This fell flat also. Overall for the price this was a HUGE disappointment. We wanted so much for this to be a special night and for a fine dining establishment we could put in our rotation.
Update: The staff were wonderful and did help the experience. We chose not to say anything about the food, we both felt that there was nothing they could do, we watched the table of gentleman next to us receive a plate that was wrong, when it was corrected he and his group did not eat much and one left his to go box on the table. When leaving I asked a table on the way out how the peach appetizer was as we went between that and the mushrooms. We did not get a great response of their
opinion. I am not sure if this was an "off" night but sadly we will not be returning.

My first visit to 16Eleven was last October for my Bachelorette dinner. Fast forward nearly a year, my husband and I visited this evening for his birthday dinner. Greyson was our server and she was so sweet and very attentive! We got to enjoy the ambiance during a less busy time of night since our reservations were fairly early, and we both agreed we will be back again. It is such a treat to have such a quality steakhouse so close to home!

We didn’t have reservations and were able to quickly be seated in the dining area. Our waitress was a young woman with brunette hair and was excellent! The drinks were delicious, and we were quite impressed with how quickly they were brought to us (both rounds!) despite how busy they were. The food was also great! We look forward to coming again soon!

Very expensive$$$$, good food and services. Don't go here if you can't afford it. If you can nice place for anniversaries, wedding's, special occasions.

Excellent food and the nicest staff. The crab stuffed mushrooms are the best I have ever had. Highly recommend the filet with Oscar sauce. The drinks & mocktails are perfection.

The food was very good but different. Not quite sure how to describe it. Not unhappy with my meal.
Wife got a salad which was a head of lettuce, cut in half and then cut into thirds and served.
Very nice and relaxing atmosphere.

1st time going was super fun...2nd time..meh..the men were friendly the women..idk not so much. Maybe it was the time of day, or even the day it was. Beef tar tar was a tad salty. But can't beat the drinks and the stuffed blue cheese olives.
