Been there 3 times, all in all good. We were looking forward to the music....BUT they definitely need to upgrade the piano and player. Was expecting something like John Tesh and got Scott Joplin.

Celebrating my birthday at 16Eleven was a delightful new experience for me. The cuisine and service were exceptional and genuinely stood out. We prefer to dine on shared plates to sample a wider array of flavors, and the Steak Tartare Crostini was our starting choice. Crafted from top-notch ingredients, it was truly palatable. After that, we indulged in two servings of the Seared Ahi Tuna, which presented a refreshing twist from the usual and did not fail to satisfy with its generous portion. Our culinary adventure continued with a unique request: we asked the chef to surprise us with an appetizer featuring Foie Gras from their menu. The result was nothing short of remarkable, combining fresh mushrooms, black trumpet varieties, a sublime Foie Gras oil and crostini, if memory serves me correctly. Our final plate was the Cauliflower Tempura, which boasted a sharp spiciness that I enjoyed, though it proved a bit too bold for my spouse. The evening was topped off with an unexpected act of kindness from 16Eleven, as they presented us with a complimentary Sticky Toffee pudding that was absolutely divine. Overall, my birthday dinner at this remarkable establishment in the heart of downtown Everett was nothing short of splendid. I see a promising return visit in the future.

Wow what a gem in Everett. Everything we ordered tasted so good. We ordered the duck breast, fish and chips, and clams. it's really nice knowing I can come here for good steak and appetizers instead of driving to Bellevue.

Such a fun place for dinner. Amazing atmosphere and incredibly attentive staff. The appetizers were okay, but the entrées were absolutley to die for. I wish we had ordered 2 or 3 of them. Really spectacular. Only sad we missed the spare ribs! They sold out before we could place our order. Good cocktails, nice live piano music.Vegetarian options: Not manyDietary restrictions: Was able to avoid cheese and cream, possibly some butter in dishes

very delicious entries, and the tartar crustini were on point. While the salmon sushi is good, the amount of rice was a bit over barring. I think the rice needed to be seasoned as well and might help out the ratio for flavor. The drinks were great! It's a bit pricy, but if happy hour, then well worth it. Our server, Katie was nice, helpful, and informative when we asked questions. TY!

Entering the restaurant, the four of us loved the ambiance, the combination of old and new worked well. After being seated and ordering drinks, it went sideways from there. Service was extremely slow, we waited almost 15 minutes before our drinks arrived! The cocktails were good. Dinner was mixed. Two of the dinners were good, however, the two of us who ordered steaks, mine was barely lukewarm while the other was outright cold! He didn't want to send it back because no telling how long that would take! Anyway, the steaks had good flavor, but for the prices we paid, we won't return for dinner.

This is what downtown Everett needed. Downtown Everett is getting revitalized and breaking the stigma it's had. There is a great vibe with upscale food options. Some nights there is live music upstairs in Kings Hall. Piano from Thursday to Sunday in the resturaunt. You need to check it out!

Great atmosphere. Food and service was very good. Compared to Rare Society in Mill Creek and this place wins hands down.

I didn't get to eat any of the food so I cannot say one way or the other if they have good food the menu looks good, and I really am bummed out that I didn't get to experience it for myself. This review is about this restaurants failure to abide by the services stated on this website and Bing as well. I have -pretty bad social anxiety when starting in 5th grade until the summer between my sophomore and junior year in high school, I had a weight problem and adolescent gynecomastia (aka b***h t*ts). To say I was brutalized (both verbally and physically) on daily basis was an understatement kid were vicious and everyone had a good laugh at my expense at least daily if not multiple times. The result all of all that torture ended up being among other things that in social situations I think people are always talking about me and making fun of me. I know it's not true, but I cannot stop the thoughts. It has gotten better over the years. Even though I am no longer overweight, one of the places it flares up most is when I am eating. Due to that fact, I enjoy eating at home with my girlfriend much more than I do going out to a restaurant. I'll still go out if my girlfriend wants to, but I will be able to enjoy the food much more and have a better time at home. I also happen to be a bit of a foodie, so I am always on the lookout for fine dining establishments that offer carry out. When my girlfriend saw this place and told me about it, I was super excited. Even more so when I saw on Bing they offered carry out and when I went to yelp it too stated they did carry out. Went to their webpage and didn't see a note anywhere indicating carry out was not available so after I verified with two different sources and didn't see any statement against it on their website, I figured it would be good to go. I do IF and also try to stick to a variation of the anabolic diet, which more or less once you get past the first 14-day induction phase is keto all week and then one day a week I get to eat as many carbs as I want, I am also pretty active and I am on TRT, which affords me a bit more leeway than the normal person. My order was going to be substantial. 30-day dry aged cowboy ribeye Braised short ribs. Grilled Ceaser Lobster Rav Lemon Tart Sticky Toffee Pudding Cardamom Meringue Now some of that is for my GF, so she calls up there to put in an order it is 9:00ish 1.5 hours before they close, I won't call a place 10 minutes before they close and drop a huge order on them. The first time she calls she gets no answer. Second time she calls they answer and tell her they DO NOT do carry out. I was like What the What...that right there is some garbage. It's fine if you want to be ultra pretentious and act like your food is so special it has to be enjoyed in the restaurant which is just a BS Excuse for trying to get people in the door, so they spend money on booze, and you can try to sell them on appetizers. If you are going to be one of those places that's fine personally, I think it's ridiculous and slightly discriminatory against those of us who have social anxiety and it makes me want to try your restaurant less now than I did an hour ago. Such a shame.... ; TLDR Fix your Bing and Yelp page and put a note on your online menu that indicates you do not carry out if that's how you want to play it. Otherwise, honor what you are advertising,

Such a gem in Downtown Everett! Joel is an amazing chef, and we followed him from Chef Behind the Curtain in Snohomish to this new venture. The food is amazing; give it a try.

Really nice ambiance and lighting, right in downtown Everett. Katie our waitress was great. Loved the grilled ceasar salad, and the rib eye was awesome. Good house wine. Was not crazy about either the ahi tuna or seared salmon appetizer. Both were fine, but not exciting or very tasty. Overall, very good and we'll be back. Oh, one thing, they have some really stinky, toxic deodorizers in the men's room, like febreze or something. Had to hold my breath the whole time while peeing :)

I'm really only giving this restaurant one star because you don't have an option to give no stars.. we just moved to the area from Arizona looking for a decent restaurant in the north end we heard good things about this place. we were so excited. Did not want to go out with the masses on Valentine's Day so made a reservation on a Monday night. The ambience is really cool super cute restaurant waitress was really nice. but then here's where the problem is... they were out of everything you couldn't get a fillet you couldn't get a Wagyu flank steak they were out of the meatballs the short ribs half the appetizers the only steak you could get was $160 tomahawk. there was literally nothing else I wanted to order on the menu so we paid for our $40 drinks and left. again this is not on the waitress. She was super kind. It has nothing to do with her. She gave us a $50 gift card but I don't know if we'd come back. and I'm sure not gonna recommend it to anybody. Very disappointed because we rarely get a night out and this was our date night. So sad when they're trying to build credibility in Everett in a really depressed area. Not a good look. Sherry , I also asked for the wagyu steak Bavette when I was told the filet was sold out , which I was told you were also Out of . The only steak left was the tomahawk or the ribeye which is expensive of course but very big and something I could not eat..
