The extra donuts are a nice touch but it doesn't really fix that only 2 donuts appear the same as the pictures. These were ordered for a birthday via door dash and i typically would expect picture or better for almost $40 for 6 donuts…. Little disappointing

Updating 6/13/25:
They’ve gotten better about having some mochi donuts available and variety since I wrote this review.

My first experience of A1 donuts would make me leave a 5 star review, but it’s been a bait-and-switch situation, sadly. On our first visit they had delicious mochi donuts and pretty much every other donut, too. It was not very early morning or anything, and the variety was still impressive. The Taro Milk cream donut is one of the best donuts I have ever had and I do not normally go for stuffed donuts. The donut holes are some of the best I have had in Washington. I would recommend this place in a heart beat and can live off of these beautiful fried pastries. I haven't even enjoted my other donuts yet. This review is just based off of the Taro Milk cream donut and 2 donut holes. This place is magical.
