Every single employee I’ve met there is the absolute sweetest! The drinks are really good and the girls there have always been super nice and tried to help me find a certain blend of flavors I might like for the lotus drinks. They also end up remembering you and your order even if you’ve only been there once. The drinks are great but it’s a lot better because of the people there :)

Low-key coffee shack with the usual caffeinated fares. The chai latte, which is my usual rating decider, was pretty mild and understated here. It also would have been engaging to have drink specials available. There was no line when we visited, though, which was a welcome surprise!
Since I’ve moved to everett(4 years ago), this is the one stand I can always count on. From the girls remembering who I am, to the service being quick, and amazing. Ariel, Chloe, and Najia are the girls I see the most, and they’re nothing short of kind, and beautiful humans. Thank you for making my mornings easier to bare. :))

I’m honestly so upset.. asked for these to be combined & they told me no.. anything over four stamps they can’t combine.. mind you my mom and I go to this coffee stand DAILY and spend $10-20! This was also after the barista thought my mom left her a $6 tip and didn’t give her cash back to tip accordingly for the service provided.. just thought the change was her tip!!As a company, you should reach out to your regulars who do have a valid complaint.. I have heard nothing but radio silence from them besides two of our favorite baristas that reached out after the situation!

Pleasant staff. I've asked a few times for "surprise flavor" lotus and every single time it's delicious. My only complaint is how akward it is to maneuver into the drive through area but that's not something that is easily fixed

Blonde girl who walked up
There’s a girl with faded pink hair no make up on maybe a natural blonde f*** up and when I walked up at first, she said well first of all what do you need and I was like oh well, I’d like to know if you guys are hiring and if I could leave my résumé and she’s like the manager/owner works here in the morning every day Monday through Friday in the morning and she just had a very sour negative attitude and she didn’t even ask me if I wanted to coffee or anything in the beginning she asked what I wanted and I’m not talking about coffee. Serious attitude problem which is very disappointing and unprofessional. All employees should treat customers and not judge a book by its cover and treat customers with respect I was wearing a black turtleneck, Jean jacket, black pants and boots looking professional wouldn’t even grab my resume. And I have a lotttt of coffee customers from over the years
