Only mead I like. Local ingredients. educational and fun to talk to.
One small sip from a sample was more than enough to justify a bottle. Pleasant seems to be the most fitting word that comes to mind
Disappointed the bottles are now smaller and more expensive.
Some of the best Mead in the PNW. We love promoting our fellow mead makers :)

Fantastic meads, owner is an educated gentleman and his meads reflect his expertise.
I got a groupon and stuggled to use it. When I contacted the owner directly he was able to get me set up with a reservation. We loved all the meads we sampled and will definitely return!
We originally found Erik’s shop with a Groupon deal a few years ago and it literally changed our life. Erik is a wizard with mead and an all-around great guy. You can’t go wrong with any of his varieties, although my favorite is the sarsaparilla root.
Had the joy of meeting Erik at the snohomish farmers market! Not only was it great conversation, the mead is the best I have ever had. I've tried many many meads but this one you can really taste the honey. Let's also mention the honey is locally sourced. Picked up their traditional recipe but will be back to try them all. Thanks for sticking it out in the pouring rain. Skål!
Literally the best alcohol on the planet.

Amazing
We went for a tasting and each and every mead we sampled was delicious. All of them were complex with interesting notes and subtleties, and each were highly refined. We bought several bottles of our favorites for ourselves and as gifts. Can't go wrong with any of them. I'd give them 6/5 stars if I could.
First time; had a bit of difficulty finding the place in Everett and eventually called. He was out doing a delivery but directed me to a couple local resellers. Ended up getting a bottle at Toggles. Pretty great stuff; the flavors are on point and taste very fresh and rich. I've tried making it, and it's no easy process, so hats off to Aesir, it's pretty good stuff. Will be back..hope to check out the place next time though. Ending up getting an Aesir and another local to try out as well.
Simply the best. If you have the opportunity to go, do so, even if it's out of the way.
Some of the best mead I have had. Affordable prices and quality products. The owner is amazing and goes out of his way to find the best mead for you.
