I have to say, this is the best baklava I’ve ever had—though I’ll admit, I’m no expert. Based on the few samples I’ve tried in the States, this one stands out as my favorite. It’s far from one-dimensional; there’s a beautiful balance of texture, layered flavor, and just the right touch of sweetness. The croissant, too, was impressive—crisp on the outside, chewy within, and perfectly complemented by the pistachio cream.

We traveled almost 2 hours to try their baked goods because we heard good things, and they did not disappoint. 100% worth it. Everyone there was so friendly and patient with us. We had croissants, Manakish, Samoon pita, and of course baklava. Everything was delicious and it was really cool to see everything being baked fresh in the back. This bakery is absolutely wonderful! Everything is always so fresh, beautifully made, and delicious. From the breads to the pastries, you can taste the quality in every bite. The staff is also incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the whole experience even better.
