It's about what you'd expect. Mediocre to subpar food, but exactly as you'd expect it to be from Applebee's. So in a sense it's pretty "reliable" when desperate for food. It's nice to have a sit down place nearby open late too. It serves it's purpose I'll say, but yeah it's all still pretty crappy. But clean and everyone is friendly.

Typically, this is our favorite location to eat. Today, our food was over or undercooked depending on the dish. Steak was literally purple on the inside and cold. We ordered chicken nuggets for our son and were brought something entirely different. The server didn't ask to replace it with the correct item after we brought it to her attention. Our sides were not what we ordered, but the correct side was offered and brought out. Even after all of this, we decided to order dessert. The sauce was frozen (meant to be a dipping sauce), and the dessert itself was raw. It's probably the worst experience I have had dining out in a while.
People want to raise prices and be tipped for sub-par service in this economy. It's whack.

It's everything you'd expect from a national brand. The menu is all over the place with little rhyme or reason. It's about low food cost, sell as mich allcohol as you can, and flip the dining room as many times as possible.

Had the worst take out order of chicken wings from this place for $16 , a complete waste of money. Dry, perhaps heated right out from deep freezer and thrown in a take out box.

We were a big group of parents and basketball team. We were seated super fast and they accommodated us and the food came out relatively quickly.
If you are a foreigner and do not have a US ID, I do not recommend going to this place, even if you are a tourist, they will make you feel uncomfortable.
Food & service are always good here. My steak was under cooked just one time, and I wrote a review about it. Then a manager confronts me and lecture me about how I can return an order to be redone!? Really?? Tell me this Mr. manager, can you guarantee that my returned order will Not be spat on from some disgruntled cook? I'll continue making my own decisions...... Thank you.

Overall I only come here during Halloween season for the spooky drinks! The drinks are always good. I love Dracula's Juice and Boo Lagoon.
The food this time was good, in the past things have been questionable with presentation. In the past things looked like they were just slapped down on the plate and called good which made me iffy on ordering food items again. However my mushroom Swiss burger was perfection, and I'd happily order it again. (they also have plant based burgers if that's more your thing!)
Also the servers have always been really kind at this location, so that is a big plus!
