All my kid wanted was to try the apple pie shake. I put an order in via the app thinking we are good since the menu had the shake available. Only to find out at the window that their shake machine is down. Has been down and will be down until after the new year. My question is... WHY have something available on the online menu when it is indeed not available? Please fix your machine or take shakes off of the menu until you do.

Food has gotten much more expensive from last time I visited. Inflation truly is making life much more difficult
It's only as good as your last experience... unfortunately I didn't even make it out of the drive-thru before realizing the fries were ice cold. I was going home so I could throw them in the air fryer for a few minutes luckily. I unwrap the sandwich and it is also ice cold. To be fair it's not usually like this, but it definitely brings down my rating.

The lady working tonight was super sweet, we came in 10 minutes before closing hoping they would still be open. She was very professional and kind to us, and gave us extra sauce for our food. 10/10 loved the lady working tonight 🫶🏻 (sept 6th @11:20pm)

I could tell they may have been short staffed today based on how many people I saw in the kitchen. Whoever worked the drive through around 7:30pm on 8/11/25 was very friendly and level headed despite the line forming. Gave plenty of sauce and double check the order was correct. It was a white teenage boy with brown hair I believe, never got his name but management should give him a raise if they haven’t already.
