First time. Unfortunately, underwhelmed. We tried the Birria sandwiches with sides. A mess of flavors that ended up being both overwhelming and underwhelming simultaneously somehow. Wish I could be more positive, but I just can't. This is food that's trying to be sophisticated by doing so much all at once, that it loops around to being an unfocused cacophony in which the flavors it should highlight are lost.

The ideas are good, the portion sizes very generous, and the ingredients good, but the end result ends up being less than the sum of its parts.

Great service! I had no issues with spicy but it was too hot for my wife (I had the bacon and she had blue cheese burger). They are both dripping with sauce, which I liked but some folks aren't partial to that. The seating is limited to three small tables inside if you come during cold months. There is outdoor seating when it's warm.

Great spot for excellent quality beef smash burgers cooked to perfection in a wide variety of Asian fusion (and more) flavors for everyone! I highly recommend calling in and picking up for the fastest and freshest experience! There are also chicken sandwiches and chimichurri fries!

Legitimately one of the best burgers I’ve had! The slide is an incredibly tasty slider packed full of flavor! The togarashi tots were fantastic as well, especially with the curry mayo! Can’t wait to go back and try more!

Saw this in the area running errands and I was curious and saw the reviews and wanted to try, the reviews did not disappoint! The chicken katsu sando is HUGE and so crispy! It's served so warm and the chicken is so tender, and the staff was so friendly. Definitely need to try more soon!

The food here is alright. The birria was really greasy, but the bahn mi was pretty good. A word of caution though, the name is extremely misleading. This place does have a single bao option, but otherwise only sells burgers and other western dishes. So, if you are going thinking you'll see lots of bao options like I did you will be very much let down. I want to give a highger rating because the food I ordered was really quite good, but I just can't because when I go to a place called bao boss, I expect some boss bao... not western burgers and birria.
