We have ordered from here take out several times the food is really good. I can’t deny that but only reason I deducted one star is every time that you ask for hoisin sauce and hot sauce. You barely get one container. I totally get that the broth is flavorful in itself, but we prefer the sauces in addition and it’s annoying to keep asking when we’ve already asked for it and offered to pay extra but other than that, everything has been great fresh and we will still continue to order. There hasn’t been one bad item on the menu we have tried and the portion sizes are perfect

I took a friend to this restaurant to try for the first time of Vietnamese sandwich and he fell in love it's one of the best I ever had to service was amazing

So I have been coming here for years since they have opened. The owner is a vary kind person and the OLD employees where awesome. But lately I have noticed the owner is never there anymore and all the employees are fairly new. Food is always on point as well, but today I had went in and first thing i ordered was a drip Ice coffee to start off. Shortly after the male waiter brought me my beverage , only to be in a cup the would appear to be 12 oz or so and only filled up about 7oz of the way up. And a hole lot of ice. I was missing almost a inch and half of my drink so I simply asked if they could add or fix it so that I atleast get what I pay for and the guy walked away and told me he would ask. Shortly came back to tell me that they would not fill it up and that’s how they do things there. I know this is something so small but I did not work hard at my job that day to come and spend my money somewhere, where I have to tell you that you’re doing something wrong. Sorry to the owner on who was running that store on 11/13/2025.

The prices and quality will make you learn to cook for yourself. Nearly $7 for a 2-piece egroll that showed 5pc in the picture. I immediately sent it back. This is greed not inflation.

I placed an order for 2 chicken Pho for pick up. The soup was barely room temp. The basil had black spots all over the leaves that looked like it was thrown in the box!
It was also $2 more per order than other places near by that were better!

My family stopped by the store yesterday. We all ate Pho. I have to say the Pho here has the best broth and closed to the taste in Vietnam the most. The server (the lady with pink hair) did a very good job to serve my family, gave us all the necessaries for the food. Thanks. I’d recommend for coming to try the food here 😁

Went to Basil Authentic Vietnamese Cuisine for the first time. Their Banh Mi selections are delicious 🤤 especially their Pork Banh Mi! I also ordered their Shrimp/Pork Roll Spring Rolls. Very delicious and fresh tasting!!! The atmosphere was very pleasant and cozy! Also, outstanding customer service!!! Highly recommended!!! Love love love it 😍!!! I am definitely coming back to try other dishes such as their pho soup and their vermicelli bowls!!!!

Amazing Vietnamese food! I got the pork and they knocked it out of the park! Amazing crab rangoons as well! Can’t wait to go back!
Need 10 minutes to allow the pho to cool down or burns mouth. Just drop your food off and never see anyone again, despite the large staff standing around chatting... It's okay no tip.
