Vegetables broth available. Wish I had just a few more veggies in my pho but the portions were super generous and tasted good.

The large size is... really, really big rice noodles!! 👍👍👍 I ordered beef balls... but it had a bit of a meaty smell that I didn't like, so it was a shame 🥲 But the family I went with really enjoyed the rice noodles!

First time ordering from this place and was quite disappointed. Ordered for take out and my broth container lid was not shut tight and spilled all over my car and by the time i went home their was only a 3rd left. the spring rolls got all wet from the broth and became dissembled. Dont know if the portions for take out and dine in are different but the amount was quite small for being told you have to order large for take out only. Felt like they were rationing for the apocalypse or something. May be a different experience dining in but for my first experience and doing take out id never do it again.

Went in for lunch, so they were busy took a while to get our order. Spring rolls were small not enough noodles in my opinion. Chicken was kind of dry. Appetizers id rate a 2 out of 5. The bowl of pho made up for it, the flavor of the broth was really good. Next time I would skip the Appetizers and just order the pho.

I don’t get the hype. The pho is super bland. I’d be surprised if they use bones to make it. I feel like it needs more fat to make it taste better. The meat they use is of the lowest quality cuts and they do not do anything to improve the flavor. It’s as if they just tossed the meat in to cook with the broth. The chicken tasted like boiled chicken and the beef was bland. I was dousing my pho with the chili sauce to give it some life. Their saving grace is they have super awesome service and they’re speedy with getting the food out. They also have a pretty good bbq pork bahn mi which would be the only thing I order if I ever make it back. Hopefully their pho gets a little better.

Glad to see this place is still going after six years. Good food. Friendly people. A little pricey, but everything is these days. Always busy. Someone is doing something right.

I was heading home to highway 2 and I saw this place and stopped to eat because I was hungry. I ordered a regular sized bowl of containing tripe, tendon, rare beef, brisket.
I could actually see the beef tendon and there was a little piece of tripe in there.
Prices have gone up on offal so you don't get much in your bowl anymore. Beef tendon is what gives the broth body, and beef tendon takes a long time to cook correctly.
I will say that this place is better than any of the establishments on highway 2 that I have sat in, but not Seattle quality and I don't think there's very many pho shops that are actually doing an eight hour broth from scratch any more, and they're all using seasoning cubes, and the offall that makes the soup have body isn't being used. Everybody's taking shortcuts now from frozen pre-sliced meat to getting cheap on the ingredients that actually makes the broth wonderful. If you ever get a bowl of soup that's made from scratch you'll know what I'm talking about and I have made my own pho before from scratch.

Dietary restrictions: Gluten-free tips: I'm gluten intolerant so I eat mostly Asian food. Hosien sauce contains soy sauce and all soy sauce contains wheat in it unless it is traditional tamari which is gluten-free. Either avoid Hosien sauce or bring your own gluten-free. Also avoid surimi, the fake crab. That can contain up to 40% wheat starch in it.
