Never been to Baskin Robins before…😭
Tyler was very helpful, explained to me my options and different choices I could do. Very satisfied with the cleanliness, hospitality and quality of the ice cream.

They have a good selection of ready made ice cream cakes in all sizes and cute designs!!

Nick is a great employee, so kind and great at his job. Him and Rachael are the type of employees that make a place worth returning to every week!

My wife and I always come to this location because Ms. Cindy has the best customer service.

This place is a Vibe today. Pink interiors, colorful menu. What I appreciated the MOST for my 80's heart, there were no characters in the marketing (no minions, no movie characters). The only characters were the upside down clown cones. Walls were also bright pink inside. Please keep it that way!

Ordered on DoorDash. My "Quart" hand-packed wasn't very "packed". Lots of gaps in the ice cream. And only about a pint of actual ice cream. Not thrilled.

Avoid this Baskin and robins. Attempted to pick up a birthday cake for My Wife ♥️ in the store and I was informed by their staff that “They are not allowed to write on cakes”

Sseriously? What kind of Baskin and Robbins can’t write on a cake. I would drive a little farther and choose a different basket in robins than this one.

The staff is friendly and there are various flavors of ice cream.

Today I went to this ice cream shop, I always go to eat ice cream but today I asked to please lend me the bathroom to wash my hands and the woman who served me told me to buy the ice cream first and then use the bathroom, What's wrong with this ice cream shop that treats customers badly? I wanted to buy ice cream. This person treated me poorly today, July 31, at 4:43 in the afternoon. Terrible service from this ice cream shop. Bad attention.

Okay, so there is a guy I think he is 23 years old or 25 he wear hat and glasses. He actually very rude. And not very nice with Customer and I would never Gonna stop and buy from him ice cream for my kids , before I usually buy from other person he’s very nice, but this guy too bad you need to be nice with Customer, smile and answer with nice way, not rude way if you hate your job quit then

Mangonada is a must-try if you enjoy mango with chili

Cindy is the cake master here! Each time I’ve ordered I show her really difficult pictures I find online and shes managed to replicate it each time! She does beautiful work with the cakes and has exceeded my expectations every time! This is the only location I order from and she’s so responsive and great communication too if u call… we did a Spider-Man cake and a turkey cake for thanksgiving where I had her write an entire psalm
