Ordered on DoorDash. My "Quart" hand-packed wasn't very "packed". Lots of gaps in the ice cream. And only about a pint of actual ice cream. Not thrilled.

Avoid this Baskin and robins. Attempted to pick up a birthday cake for My Wife ♥️ in the store and I was informed by their staff that “They are not allowed to write on cakes”

Sseriously? What kind of Baskin and Robbins can’t write on a cake. I would drive a little farther and choose a different basket in robins than this one.

The staff is friendly and there are various flavors of ice cream.

Today I went to this ice cream shop, I always go to eat ice cream but today I asked to please lend me the bathroom to wash my hands and the woman who served me told me to buy the ice cream first and then use the bathroom, What's wrong with this ice cream shop that treats customers badly? I wanted to buy ice cream. This person treated me poorly today, July 31, at 4:43 in the afternoon. Terrible service from this ice cream shop. Bad attention.

Okay, so there is a guy I think he is 23 years old or 25 he wear hat and glasses. He actually very rude. And not very nice with Customer and I would never Gonna stop and buy from him ice cream for my kids , before I usually buy from other person he’s very nice, but this guy too bad you need to be nice with Customer, smile and answer with nice way, not rude way if you hate your job quit then

Mangonada is a must-try if you enjoy mango with chili

Cindy is the cake master here! Each time I’ve ordered I show her really difficult pictures I find online and shes managed to replicate it each time! She does beautiful work with the cakes and has exceeded my expectations every time! This is the only location I order from and she’s so responsive and great communication too if u call… we did a Spider-Man cake and a turkey cake for thanksgiving where I had her write an entire psalm

After scrambling for a week to get my daughters’ cake ordered for their upcoming Halloween inspired birthday, I stumbled upon this location, which had the cake I was looking for that I saw online. I was having issues with ordering online and through the app so I decided to call in so I had peace of mind. A wonderfully kind lady by the name of Cindy took my call, got the correct cake ordered with all my specifications and even gave me a laugh or two. I was stressing something bad about not being able to find a cake beforehand and I’m so glad Cindy took my order and got it all squared away for me! Thank you so much, I can’t wait to pick up the cake and see it! Will update review with picture after pick-up so everyone can see how adorable this cake is!Update: Picked up the cake on Saturday and it didn’t disappoint at all, the picture doesn’t do it justice, it’s even cuter in person and was loved by everyone at the party, adults included! Would definitely recommend this location and even thinking about getting a Thanksgiving dessert from here. 10/10!!!!

Parked got my littles out for a late night cream cream.. walking to the door as one family exited. The gal shut the door and locked it so fast. Flipped the switch off and started mopping out of nowhere. Sheesh, still had 5 min. Technically.. and the time on the door doesn’t match the online time. Smh

Best Baskin Robbins in the area! 2 years ago had a horrible experience at the Marysville location, last year had a good experience at the Colby location, but this year had an amazing experience at this location on Everett Mall Way!I ordered a full sheet Oreo Ice Cream Cake and asked for "Happy Birthday" to be written in Fudge (which every CA location was able to do for me in the past but neither of the previously mentioned WA ones had been able to do). Not only were they able to write it in fudge, but they wrote it on a piece of white chocolate as a banner and didn't charge me extra!The cake had more whipped cream than I've seen before and inside the cake had the perfect ratio of cake and ice cream. The cake itself wasn't old and stale either (once we got home and dug into it)The employee at the store was wonderful when we arrived; we even purchased a scoop of ice cream and she was patient and kind. Out of every Baskin Robbins experience over the last 20 years in 2 states, this was the best experience I've had. We will be coming back definitely!
