The employees are too slow to assist you. Especially when it’s busy. There was one specific employee on a Tuesday afternoon that was way too slow and my family and another one left. She seems to not want to even be there. Really poor service.

About a week ago I showed up 15 minutes before closing to get ice cream but the woman working said they were closed. I understand wanting to start cleaning up close to closing but you still have to do your job. Just went in and woman refused to serve an ice cream flavor because it was “too frozen”. I don’t understand why you cant just warm the spoon up under hot water. Very disappointed with the customer service.

Please fire the white pale red head girl who worked today June 28th at 3:40. Horrible customer service whispers while talking and I just watched her try to close a bag for 6 minutes. No exaggeration 6 minutes she was trying to close a bag instead of helping us while we sat in silence and watched.

Went in after a half hour for my pickup. Wasn't started. The one person working there wouldn't even start it til all 7 other people in the store was complete. Cancelled the order and left. Pretty disappointed.

Love to bring my daughter here for an after school snack, but the lady at the front desk is entirely rude, every single time. Also the price of the cookie pizza listed 19.99 and she charged us 22.99. Refused to honor the price listed on the box. As a regular customer some kindness goes a long away. As well as up charging is entirely unacceptable.

Great ice cream shop! This location is Open later than the other ice cream shops! Staff is always kind and friendly! Tons of flavors, toppings and different things to choose from like milkshakes, sundaes etc ! Everything is delicious! Clean environment! Decent prices ! Polar pizzas are delicious! Highly recommend! Parking lot is big but shared with a lot of other businesses

Alyssa is amazing! I've never had so much fun just getting ice cream.
They were very fast and friendly even really late at night. You have the best ice cream. It reminded me of when my dad would take me as a kid. Thanks again. Service with a smile.

If I was a secret shopper, wow!Greeted ✔️Very dirty floor/establishmentChairs up on tables - clearly a sign not to stay to eat, so you ice cream doesn't melt on you on a hot day!No public restrooms in an establishment for the public (which I've used before since it's been shut down, so dependant on worker.. clearly)I left and came back even after using the restroom elsewhere and I was disappointed at best. I ordered a large shake for $9 and some change out the door. What I got was a large $9 chocolate milk. She made it a med size, then tried to correct it with milk in the blender to top off my shake with. Would greatly recommend getting your ice cream somewhere else.

Hit or miss at this location. The generosity of the scoop certainly seems to depend on which person is working the counter. The last time I went here the worker had all the chairs set up on the tables and discouraged us from sitting down because it was 45 minutes before closing hours. They also gave me the wrong birthday cake for my kids’ birthday (luckily I noticed and made sure it was corrected).There have been occasions where I have had great customer service and value for my scoop. It is just a bit of a gamble at this location. Docking off a star since they refuse to have a restroom available for paying customers.

Will not allow patrons to use the restroom….. this means NO ONE is washing their hands! Disgusting! Not to mention there isn’t another option if you have to use the facilities! Any business, but especially a restaurant, that will not allow patrons to use the restroom should be shut down! This is unacceptable!
