I am thoroughly disappointed in our delivery order. My husband ordered a banana split with three different flavors of iced cream and three different toppings. He got the ice cream with a banana but no toppings at all! I ordered a banana royale which is supposed to be two regular scoops of ice cream with a topping and a banana cut up in it. What I got was what appeared to be one small scoop with half a banana and very little if any topping. My suggestion, don’t order delivery. If you want the ice cream, make a trip into the store so you can watch them make your order. For whatever reason, many places gip you when ordering delivery because they can and do get away with it!

Slow Thursday afternoon and one person working the counter with another making comes. Someone had enjoyed a blue ice cream and dripped some on the table. Floor needs sweeping and the cone display hasn't had attention in quite some time.

Drive for 20 minutes, and when we reach the place, they have a blue sign that's saids that close at 10 pm when Baskin Robin's website is saying 24 hours.

I ordered an Oreo cake for my dad’s birthday and when I went to pick it up, it didn’t have Oreos on the top of it. It was a little smudged when I picked it up, but I had to get it home because it’s the night of his birthday. Upon getting it home I noticed that the writing was misspelled. Once we cut it open, the cake was chocolate, not white like I asked for. I called the location and the employee said that they won’t have a manager on site until Monday and hung up on me.

Originally I had given 3 stars a year in a half ago because my youngest insisted on sprinkles. They put them and then charged a dollar for what honestly was 5 cents of sprinkles.
However, since my son and I have made it a treat to come and try new stuff, the kindness of the staff and how sweet they are with him, has earned them a couple of extra stars, since they make him feel special and welcome Everytime.

Went yesterday and the kid working was very slow there were fruit flys and the tables were very dirty I got a banana split and the bananas were soggy.
Can't even update their hours, staff is fine. Management needs to actually do their part

WORST milkshake I have ever had! Way too much milk! Not at all frozen. No mint flavor. Just shy of $9 and this is what you get. New employee and had to ask owner every step of the way how to make it. Unfortunately it's not hard....

Super disappointed! I’ve been going to this location for decades and never had a bad experience. This past Thanksgiving I ordered a turkey cake from here and the decorator was friendly and inviting! BUT yesterday there were new employees I hadn’t seen (under new ownership?) and the woman employee put her fingers into the dished ice cream I ordered for my son to pull something out. Then I saw a hair in the food and pulled that out. When I got my ice cream cone, she apparently pushed too hard and broke the cone. I didn’t even make it out to my car and the ice cream fell off the cone onto the ground. I went back in seconds later. The woman helping me didn’t speak to me, so a young woman explained that I could BUY another cone at a kid cone price. I showed her the broken cone, and that it wasn’t my fault that I got no ice cream. She said sorry, that happens “all the time” (I’m 52 years old, this is a 1st!) and I’ll need to buy another cone. Absolutely no way!! I will not return to this location ever again, they don’t understand customer service and it will hurt them in the long run. Terribly disappointed. Find a different location to support a deserving owner!
