Super disappointed! I’ve been going to this location for decades and never had a bad experience. This past Thanksgiving I ordered a turkey cake from here and the decorator was friendly and inviting! BUT yesterday there were new employees I hadn’t seen (under new ownership?) and the woman employee put her fingers into the dished ice cream I ordered for my son to pull something out. Then I saw a hair in the food and pulled that out. When I got my ice cream cone, she apparently pushed too hard and broke the cone. I didn’t even make it out to my car and the ice cream fell off the cone onto the ground. I went back in seconds later. The woman helping me didn’t speak to me, so a young woman explained that I could BUY another cone at a kid cone price. I showed her the broken cone, and that it wasn’t my fault that I got no ice cream. She said sorry, that happens “all the time” (I’m 52 years old, this is a 1st!) and I’ll need to buy another cone. Absolutely no way!! I will not return to this location ever again, they don’t understand customer service and it will hurt them in the long run. Terribly disappointed. Find a different location to support a deserving owner!

Went to BR for the first time on Sunday evening. The young lady with black hair helped me and she deserves a raise. So friendly, personable, and went above and beyond for me. Thank you and I will be back soon!!!!!

Great customer service! Fast service and prices lower than I expected.
I drove up to get some ice cream but before I could get out of the car I saw the cashier who was an older Asian man behind the counter drinking out of the blender and licking out of the blender that is used to make people's food and he was just going around eating nuts and other stuff behind the counter back and forth. It was so disgusting to me that I didn't bother to go inside to buy anything. There were two customers inside sitting at the table while he was doing this. And there was clear view of everyone no barriers to seeing inside of the store or sitting outside of the store with all of the windows. This person didn't care that customers were sitting in their car in front of the store watching him do this or that there were customers in the store watching him eat behind the counter and drink out of the blenders that are used to make other people's food.

I'll drive from Arlington,WA. The owner is very nice and makes my cappuccino blast perfect everytime. He also doesn't cheat me like the one in Marysville who tried selling me a small for a medium. They currently close at 8pm, don't know how Google verified over the phone no one picks up.

Best Baskin-Robbins have been too hands down. The place was clean and inviting. The owner was there he was very attentive very polite and focused on helping each person that came in. They had great flavors. I got a three scoop Sunday whipped cream fudge nuts cherry and m&M's. Which they didn't charge an arm in a leg want to ask for extra fudge and m&M's. I also had a strange request for a little dish of whipped cream for my puppies. The owner was happy to oblige I told him to charge me whatever he'd like and he didn't charge me at all. At 37 years old I've been to a few to say the least and this has got to be the best one I've been to for customer service cleanliness healthiness of scoops and just overall the great experience five stars all the way definitely might go to now.

I asked the guy if we were allowed to sit down to eat, he said "well I'm probably going to be mopping soon" I sat my 2 1/2 yr old grandson in a chair while I paid for the ice cream. My Grandson dropped his ice cream on the floor and the guy actually charged me again. I know it's not his fault my Grandson dropped the ice cream but really. Won't go there again.
