Had an issue with the food, called and left a voicemail and my call was returned promptly. They discussed the matter with me and could tell I was upset, so without having to even request a refund she went ahead and refunded the entire order back to my card and apologized. I was very happy with the service I received and feel I was treated fairly. I highly recommend simply for the service, thank you for being so kind and understanding. 😁
Kinda disappointed in food overall. Honey walnut shrimp was a strange orange color and tasted like generic sweet sauce. Food was bit salty/greasy and MSG heavy.
Texture on deep fried food was good. Would chalk it up to a step above chinese mall food. Not sure if I would come back as looking for more quality.
