It's a nice place, got the lunch special 2 and it came out pretty fast. I wish that they would cook it in Teriyaki sauce versus putting it on after. Chicken was a lil dry. But other wise pretty good. Service was nice, friendly, and fast.
Came around noon.

While it didn't look amazing from the outside, everything was excellent on the inside! A nice clean atmosphere inside! The food was excellent quality, my daughter got the Katsu and while many places we have been overcook their Katsu hers was juicy and tender! The other food we got was all excellent as well. The woman behind the counter serving us was so patient and helpful! All in all an excellent experience!

Absolutely delicious! Crunchy and saucy at the same time orange chicken! This place has been around for a long time and it is still just as exceptional as ever!

I got the bento number 1. It was decent quality meal that I enjoyed.
Bigger serving compared to my go to teriyaki place near my house for almost the same price!
Awesome
Delicious teriyaki, fast service and reasonable prices. I've had the sweet and sour chicken, chicken yakisoba, orange chicken, chicken teriyaki and they've all been amazing dishes! Always enough for leftovers too.
I got takeout here with my fiancée, and it was alright. The food was fine, service was fine, we both got the bento box 1; and it overall was okay.
Always tasty and fast

Went here for lunch and got a bento box plus a roll. Most of the bento box components were pretty good (chicken teriyaki, gyoza, shrimp tempura, salad) but the roll was underwhelming and the fish on top did not taste fresh at all. I ate three of the eight pieces before deciding that the rest weren’t worth the health risk. I informed the waiter who apologized.
Decent food- lots of options! Sweet lady up front. Waking distance from our hotel.
Sushi was ok, similar to grocery store quality. Hubby did LOVE the Mongolian beef.
Excellent establishment with a specialty for frying foods with a passion. Sushi was mid but everything else slapped so go nuts on the teriyaki and tempura (though the tempura was a little thick)
Overall the vibes took my weird sour day and made me satisfied. They have a super neat water machine too.
Great teriyaki and gyoza.
Used to go to Manna Teriyaki on Casino for a decade, but we had a bad experience with the owner being extremely rude, so Bento Factory has become the new weekly go-to. I just get the chicken teriyaki everytime and it's pretty consistently great. It's rarely just a little too rubbery, but that's to be expected for any teriyaki place, really. The rice is always fantastic and the sauce is always good, which are extremely important to the overall experience in my opinion. The inside is also very chill and nicely set up if you sit down to eat as well. Big thumbs up overall.
