I’m not sure how the ratings are this high. Coming from Australia’s baked goods and doughnuts freshly made as well as Quebec, Masaladas completely over rated and also heavily overpriced. These donuts were not edible so sweet with the filling. I actually had to throw them away. I got a couple of each. I think I got six almost $25 after taxes and tips. This is for whatever reason overrated as I said I think people just don’t have a benchmark that’s better.

I am able to get larger donuts for at least 50% less cost and and almost 100% better quality from Tim Hortons across the border, local bakery anywhere in Canada or Australia. This is a common pattern here in Seattle all these food trucks all these businesses that pop up selling food forgetting that it’s not a money making machine and getting rich; it’s about serving real quality fresh ingredients that a good for people, not trying to get rich off people.

This is my first time trying them and I will say they did not disappoint. I tried all the flavors they had available this week. (The flavors do change) Raspberry-Guava Cream, Bavarian Cream, POG and Plain. They were all very good and they did not hold back on the filling.
They were made fresh, the wait time was only a few minutes. I will definitely be back I cant wait to try more flavors.

FYI I tried the Auburn location.

Crazy about their malasadas! The passion fruit cream was out of this world!!! Pillowy fully goodness and soul touching fresh and flavorful yet subtle filling. I can't stop thinking about these. Reasonably priced too. Hope they keep their prices and quality as is forever!!!!

So glad to have had the chance to try their malasadas! I got a six pack with two of each flavors (lilikoi, haupia, and chocolate) while I was at the Monroe Farmer’s Market. The chocolate was a super rich and thick, the haupia was creamy as heck, and the lilikoi was my favorite of the bunch with the perfect consistency and burst of fruit flavor. I’m looking forward to the next time I can snag some!

I have never had malasadas before and I am so glad that my first time experience was through Good Belly as the malasadas here are absolutely delicious. It almost feels like you're eating a cloud with how fluffy and light the dough is! I was worried it was be overly sweet but the amount of sugar and filling isn't excessive. So far, we have had their plain, POG, chocolate, and ube mochi-sadas. Our personal favorite has to be the ube mochi-sadas as it is just an explosion of ube flavor while being super light.

The staff as well as the owner is great about communication. I have called, texted, and spoke in person with them and always had a pleasant and professional response. They clearly care for their customers and ensure that you leave happy. It also seems like they are quite popular and well-loved by people from not only Auburn but all over in Washington, as there was a line forming more than 30 minutes before opening, so plan ahead especially for limited edition items that they share on Facebook or Instagram.

The truck has clear and concise menu on their truck, which is great as sometimes other trucks have multiple plastered everywhere when there might be one main menu at the ordering station. We arrived early and saw how they came out to clean the ordering station and they also provide napkins as you will definitely need them. Prices are super fair too!

Showed up 40 minutes before the time they were supposed to stop selling, and they turned us away, claiming they were done for the day, even though their posted hours said they were selling until 4pm. Totally unacceptable and unprofessional.

How have I not left a google review yet!?!These are the only Malasadas that remind us of happy times back in Hawaii with family. Every flavor she makes is amazing even those I typically don’t like. Orange creamsicle popsicle… yuck. Orange creamsicle in a Malasada… YUMM!! I just order one of everything (including plain) knowing I will love them all no matter what and I always do. Heck, she could try liver Malasada and I would be hooked lol.

Mochisadas… perfectly cooked crispy outside and soft inside. Ube, strawberry mochisadas are next level. Definitely try them.

Fancy Malasadas… if you’re lucky enough to get some totally worth the trip. Again, creative flavors and perfectly prepared. Must try!

I had no idea malasadas existed until I visited this wonderful food truck. Served fresh to order plain or filled. Usually has several different yummy flavors to choose from. I have yet to try her fancy malasadas. They made to order, served hot and fresh. Best thing is to walk by all the people eating near their cars. I usually pick up a dozen so I can surprise my friends and family! Service is wonderful the owner is passionate about serving malasadas hot and fresh. Allow time for perfection!
