I had no idea malasadas existed until I visited this wonderful food truck. Served fresh to order plain or filled. Usually has several different yummy flavors to choose from. I have yet to try her fancy malasadas. They made to order, served hot and fresh. Best thing is to walk by all the people eating near their cars. I usually pick up a dozen so I can surprise my friends and family! Service is wonderful the owner is passionate about serving malasadas hot and fresh. Allow time for perfection!

Temu version of Leonards Bakery smdh.. The chocolate dobash tasted like chocolate flavored Snack pack 🤦‍♀️, when you are from the Island of Hawaii, you just know Ono Food Authenticity... For $40 a dozen, not worth it...

Delicious, fresh, and perfect. Very dangerous I will say, they taste amazing and aren’t heavy on the stomach at all! Usually when I eat any sweet treat my stomach feels like 20 pounds heavier but not with these! I’ve ordered twice and can’t wait for more❤️

TL;DR: can't get any better than warm and fresh! This truck is just so elusive! Generous dough to filling ratios.

Location: rotating locations -- follow the social media account for schedules. There is a second truck in the works but it isn't running quite yet! Generally Kent, Kirkland, Bothell, Everett areas so far and some small food festivals.

Menu: rotating flavors -- follow the social media account for updates! I have yet to try that elusive creme brulee flavor!

Mochi Ube: Limited edition malasada. Not filled but I enjoyed the light and chewy texture of this one. It is very lightly sweetened which is perfect but I do wish there was more of an ube flavor punch. If you ever see "mochi" available, get one to try it out!

You can't go wrong with any of the filling flavors really. They all have a lovely custard texture and lightly sweetened flavor. I do have to say the lilikoi was my favorite but I do wish it was slightly more tangy. The chocolate is really good too. Maybe in the future some fresh fruit bits can be included in the fillings? ;)

I waited over 30 minutes for my order and others were waiting longer for their orders. The food was alright, but the waiting time is way too long; making it not worth a long wait.

After trying malasadas in Hawaii, I spent a long time searching for a place to get them again. Finally, they came to Bothell, and I had my chance. Since I’m not a fan of fillings, I ordered the plain ones, which I think are the best. The donuts are good, but I can still taste the fried oil. 5 start for having them around :) , 12 plain malasada - 30$

Fillings seem to be getting worse. Now it just tastes completely artificial. They wouldn't even put real maple syrup in the maple custard. The caramel cream didn't taste like anything. On top of that, there was barely any fillings in our donuts. At least the dough quality is still pretty good.

Great malasadas, reminded me of some of the better ones on Oahu.
I saw on their weekend schedule posted on Facebook that their food truck was going to be in my area, so I went early. The line for the food truck was long, so almost left; but am glad I stayed. We loved the texture and flavors of their malasadas.
