Food was ok , waited about 10-15min before we had someone come grab our order and drinks. Server never even came by to ask how we were doing or even asked if we needed a box at the end. She had a terrible attitude. You should hire servers who smile and can talk to there costumers.

I waited 15 minutes at my table and no one came to take my order. I had to get up and look for someone to come to our table to take our order. Drinks took another 15 minutes to come and the food another 50 minutes. Never coming back.

The food arrived to the table cold. We asked for new rice, they gave us the same exact rice reheated via microwave. That is against food safety standards, as someone that has been in the food service industry for years I am appaled. This will be reported to the health department. Even on your basic test for a Washington State food handlers card, it explains that it is a food safety hazard to do that.
When handed the check after trying to get it for about 7 minutes, we were upcharged on every single item. It is cheaper to order to go apparently. Manager said " it's not my problem " when we asked why the menu prices were lower than what we were charged for.
My family and I have been here before with no problems previously, it was one of our favorite spots. With the lackluster service, cold food, food safety violations, and the upcharges ontop of all of that, we will no longer be going to this location or any of the other locations. If you have reccomendations for good food in the Everett/Lynwood area let me know.

Very bad service, they gave me my order all wrong, my fresh pineapple water had a very long hair wrapped in the ice inside, very ugly, horrible, it's disgusting, I will never buy there again,
There was no soap, anywhere in the bathroom. Yuck. The waitress was rude and dismissive when I asked for water and she never ended up bringing me any. I also asked for an extra side of salsa, which she never brought either.

I have ordered take out before and it wasn't great and our order was wrong but the food was pretty good. I gave it another chance and this time dined in recently because sometimes that makes a difference but it was not good at all. I asked for the cheese birria taco with consume and 2 tacos. The tacos were plain no toppings (even thought I asked) and the carnitas taco I ordered was definitely old. The other carne asada taco I ordered was burnt and not seasoned. It had a weird color and off smell. I didn't get my consume for the other birria taco either. I ordered a kids meal as well and that was really awful quality. For almost $9 with tax for a kids meal I was expecting better. Also the menu prices did not match with what we paid. They said they gave us an old menu and we had to pay the current prices. I paid and tipped but overall a bad experience.

The birria tacos are crazy with consume ...... that spicy oil they try to keep secret from a brotha tho is what sets this place apart from a lot of places! They haven't had it a couple times, same with the watermelon and cantaloupe drinks but overall a MUST GO TACO
