Ordered for takeout over the phone, got there and she retook my order and told me 10 mins. Then I get home and my order was missing a consome and my pozole wasn't the same as I have ordered before. They gave me birria soup and just threw hominy in it like wtf.

First time at this spot! Been wanting to check it out for awhile. I ordered 2 carnitas cheese tacos and my boyfriend ordered the steak quesadilla and 2 steak cheese taco. The order started had chips and salsa for starters and the nice waitress provided cucumbers and a little bit of veggies. Everything was delicious and savory and soooo good! The only reason I give this place 4 stars is because at one point while we're dining and waiting for our food, there was this loud, sharp, mosquito noise playing over the speakers. It was pretty distracting and annoying after awhile. I politely asked the waitress if we could get our to-go boxes and to pay the bill so we could leave. Eventually it stopped. But whoa it lasted a little too long. I do really recommend this place tho! Or even if you order take out! Please try!!

Well they did it again, this time I dined in with my wife and omg the food is far superior onsite than taking home. This is now my go to for tacos.

Found them off Instagram decided to drive the 25 mins to Everett to try them out and let me tell you....IT WAS SOOOO WORTH IT!!!I had ordered the cheese birrieria tacos with consommé . Those tacos are LOADED with cheese and meaty goodness! The portions are beyond awesome for the price. This place is very popular for take out when we had arrived we were quick to order but it did take a little longer than expected to get our food, however this was not a downside at all because the staff is amazing and kept us up to date on where our order was. They are doing their absolutely best and going over and beyond in customer service so I was content waiting. Will be going back for sure to try the carne asada fries ( not many places in WA have those)

Did pick up today seemed a bit expensive at 4$ a piece for the Keto tacos but hey no one else is offering Keto Tacos so we gave it a try got 6 keto tacos for the wife and I we each got an order of consome and got the kids chicken nugget meals that were $7 each well I was wrong about it being expensive the kids meals came in the large Styrofoam to go box full of nuggets and curly fries enough to satisfy a very hungry child or moderately hungry adult. I kid you not the keto tacos were served in a large pizza box and took up just about the whole box and they were amazing well seasoned tender birria melted together with mozzarella or queso fresco or something like that and the put in a taco shell of cheddar cheese they also came with a healthy serving of grilled serranos and some grilled onion along with half a lime and a mix of fresh onion and cilantro. The tacos were amazing and very large the wife and I were only able to get through 2 each. The consome was good for taco dipping and ok when eaten with a spoon but I really enjoyed just drinking the broth straight from the bowl. We also got salsa verde and salsa roja with the order we don't eat salsa roja but the salsa verde was on par with any good taco truck. We will be returning as the food was flavorful and it was nice finding another restaurant with exciting keto friendly food.

The Service here is TERRIBLE!!! El servicio es TERRIBLE!! It took an hour to get 3 tacos! They have like 20 people working but no one knows what they are doing! They need better management or supervisor making sure food gets out fast!!!

Tried this place three times now; and I just had to leave a review. Get the cheese tacos (that's what they call them - but it's meat and cheese), and also get the consommé to dip it in! You'll be in taco-heaven. Not the regular taco-kinda-heaven, but the birria-taco kinda heaven! Traditionally, in Mexico (Jalisco) birria is slow-cooked shredded meat made from goat or lamb, and the consommé is goat-based broth - but this place might've been all beef. And, no points lost for that. Grab the taco from your to-go container (don't wait too long or they could start to get soggy), dip it in the consomme and pop it in your mouth - the ooey/gooeyness of the cheese, the birria meat oozing with flavor, the texture of the tortilla and the wetness of the consomme - that's birria taco heaven! I tried the crunchy birria taco (which had two outer taco shells) and preferred the cheese taco over this one, but my son enjoyed this almost the same as the cheese tacos. We also got the chicken burrito to balance out the red meat - and it was flavorful, and HUGE - packed with rice and meat! The tortilla is not your run-of-the-mill flour-lard-water mixture... it had a bit of an interesting texture to it - and did I mention it was HUGE - so much so I had 1/2 for dinner, and the other 1/2 for breakfast the following day. The roasted onions and peppers serve as an awesome side to the burritos and tacos - the sweetness of the onions balancing out the spicy peppers. Finally, we also got the quesabirria which is a generous sized quesadilla with the birria meat and cheese... and equally dippable in the consommé. Everything here is so good; had I not tried the cheese tacos - this and the chicken burrito would've kept me coming back. Do dip the quesadilla in the consomme - although it's not traditional, but who cares! It's a 25 minute drive from my place to get here, but I know my family will be back for more - often. Plus, I think this is likely to become a popular stop over whenever we head north from Seattle on roadtrips - over towards Mukilteo, Bellingham, Anacortes, Vancouver etc. PS: the restaurant is a bit dark - and we've only done to-go due to covid; but the first time we were there, and wanted to try the dipping tacos before they got too soggy - they were kind enough to let us use the standing tables in the 'bar area' to hang out and eat our "to-go" tacos. The lady at the register also let me son have a free cucumber drink (they have large vats by the cash register) - and it was delicious!

The owners of this business are smart. They really only need to use a total of 5 or 6 ingredients to cook every single dish they serve; tortilla, beans, rice, meat, cheese. As such, every dish tastes more or less the same, but I'm not complaining. This is the best hangover food I've had in years. I've tried tacos, a burrito, and quesadilla from this restaurant and I enjoyed all of it. It is on the greasier side, but that's really what makes it so great for hangovers. The food here is super worth it and I can see myself ordering from here quite often. Fair warning, the portion sizes are HUGE and you will probably have leftovers like I did. But I'm also not complaining about that either.

The food was mind blowing. But it took forever. Like my Apple Watch told me to get up off my lazy butt before we got our food. That's sayin somethin... But other then that it was amazing. Id definitely come back again. We got the ramen two cheese tacos rice and beans and a consome and two of us were stuffed.

I've visited their Burien location before and found their food to be delicious! So, when discovering they had a location in Everett, I was up for a road trip! This location did not disappoint. It's more like a restaurant than the cafeteria-like atmosphere of the Burien location. They're both pretty awesome in their own way.I had to have the cheese/birria tacos again. And the consomme. Dipping the tacos in the consomme, along with the crispy, melty cheese, and the unctuous birria was manna from heaven. Or something like that. Oh! The horchata! Perfectly balanced served in a large soda cup. Delicious! I'm hoping to try some of their other dishes next time I go, but it will be really difficult to avoid the cheese tacos!

Delicious food! I really enjoy the birria dishes, very few places around here sell any Mexican food other than what you would find at a regular Mexican restaurant or taqueria. The cheese tacos dipped in consume are amazing.

We've been here way too many times over the last few weeks and I. Regret. Nothing. We saw "opening soon" the sign on the building months ago and were patiently (impatiently - let's be real) waiting for the day they'd finally open. When that day finally came, we did it up big time. Cheese tacos are what everyone seemed to go for so those are what we went for. We of course had to get the consome to dip them in because if you eat birria tacos without consome, did you really even eat birria tacos? But for real they're amazing! I've branched our and tried their birria fries, birria burrito, and rice and beans. Everything was 10/10! The beans were a little bland but I just added some consome on top and they were perfect. We've also tried the horchata and a few flavors of aguas frescas. Passion fruit is my favorite!Personally, I haven't been inside. My husband is the one that has always gone in to pick up our food but he says it's nice. There's a separate area to wait for to go orders from the diners eating inside so that's nice. He also said the employees have been very friendly and helpful when he had questions about the menu. We'll continue to go back, we need to work our way through the menu!

Well, Finally a Mexican restaurant that I love... the food you get here is authentic. From the sauces and add ons to every dish I tried. Special mention - our server - Sandy was amazing. Super Funny, menu knowledgeable, and although busy with several tables always checked on us... service with a smile.. she adds to the restaurant as much as the food. You have a choice of soft (flour) or crispy (corn). If you are getting the consomme dip, I'd suggest the crispy. The Tacos Dorados - a meat filling in a corn tortilla.. I had the beef with a consomme dip.. This was the first thing I had here.. be prepared to become addicted. The Mulitas - a quesadilla filled with meat of choice and cheese.. liked it, but if you order this, eat it first.. the cheese will get hard
